We live out of the area and preparing to open a business in Hillsboro. We needed a storage unit to gather all our opening supplies. Sarah, at the Shaw location, has been incredibly helpful and professional. She has accepted our deliveries and kept us informed. She's given us so much peace of mind since we can't be there in person!

Steve did an awesome job welcoming me, and even helping me find my spot (third floor through a maze of units). If all of the employees are like Steve, this place is set up for success.

The manager of ES @ Shaw in Aloha. Or. Was very helpful and friendly, even when I called him in on his days off twice in the 1.5 years that I rented there.
I really still need the extra space but the cost got to high for me to continue. Other than that. Steve was on his job 24/7 and the people he trained were top drawer too.

This Extra Space Storage (ESS) location earns a five: One of the people working there, Steve, deserves a SIX on a five-star range. Steve went above and beyond to straighten-out an address issue, involving a nearby ESS, as my mother prepared to move here from out of state. I have rented here for two months and the facility, both inside the building and around the grounds, is amazingly clean. Even during the busiest hours, there are enough carts so every customer has access. Awesome!
