Awful management, those in charge don't fix any reoccurring issues, & several employees (including supervisors) don't practice basic hygiene. It's managed by whom have incompetent leadership skills, power control fantasies, never helping when in need, along with barking orders with an egotistical attitude. They will blame lower workers for all problems to reframe from any accountability. Frequent complaints have been made about the slow pumps, & they still refuse to deal with the issue. There is always at least 1 pump down or broken at all times, with the highest I've seen is 6 (out of 14) down all at once, but instead of doing something they blame the workers for their faulty machinery. DO NOT COME HERE if you value your time, because more than half the employees stare at their phones or constantly smoke cigarettes. You will not be helped unless you call for a worker & even then they'll curse at you behind your back for making them work, or not giving a tip. A lot of the workers are bullies, making snide remarks because they think they're better than everyone else, or just greedy people who will often fight with other employees over tips & often charge customers personally to get air, air is free, that money went straight into the worker's pocket all just to push a button. That's even if they help you because most workers will just refuse service because they've argued with a customer & refuse to grow up, letting the customer do it themselves, which in turn breaks the pump because they don't know how to use it, which wraps around to one of the issues stated. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.
