The stores like Kmart. They sell you the bottom barrel basic shoe and then they try to charge you a lot for it. You can just go to the Nike outlet and you can buy two to three pairs of shoes that are way better for the price of just one pair of shoes here. Makes no sense. I don't even know how this is a great business model. We're going to sell basic model shoes. Charge you a lot for it. The Publix got to get wiser. Just go to the outlet. You can get three pairs of Nikes at the outlet for 80 to 100 bucks or you go to famous football bag. One pair for 80 to 100 bucks. Wise is up America?

This was a horrible experience, it started out bad with one famous footwear employee on his phone while I wandered around looking for shoes for my husband, a very kind and helpful young man came to my assistance and helped me make a selection, when he rang me up the new system glitched, no problem I waited one manager chatted with me while the other was on the phone with tech support. The young woman on the phone said she would have to run the transaction again I said no because the 1st had gone through. Well long story short I don’t have the shoes the money is not in my account and the young lady treated me rudely. I’m sorry if I’m uncomfortable with another 170$ transaction being charged to me. But it’s not my fault your system glitched. When I said to cancel the transaction you shooed me away and said it’s done. Shame on you. No apology, no thank you for waiting 30-40 minutes for nothing. And sorry you had to go Nextdoor and buy a phone charger to show your bank statement to prove the money was taken from my account. Zero. I will talk to corporate in the morning.

Worst place to get shoes.
Why? I’ll tell you why.
Customer service? None
Vibe? Horrible
Experience? Poor
Overall the employees who work at this location do not have an ounce of care in the world. I walked in wasn’t greeted (which honestly I don’t care about) and when I looked around for a sales person 3 of them were grouped together talking and laughing. Did not bother to ask if I needed help or acknowledged that a customer walked in. The layout of the store got redone and it looks awesome but too bad your employees at this store don’t care for their jobs.

Rude employee. Chastised my young child for playing near the sliding door for some Statistic related to the doors? I love the store itself but won't be coming back.

There is a lot to choose from and offers. The only thing that is bad about it is the staff, they are not attentive to customers.

Super rude employees. Cashier tried to get me to sign up for rewards. I politely declined and he asked again. I declined again and he was incredibly rude and said he wished he wouldn't keep getting the people who won't sign up for anything. This was all for a pair of clearance kid sandals that cost $30 in winter. Not shopping there again.

Zero customer service provided. Cashier barely acknowledged the customers and just played with the cell phone. Would ask me a question and then go back to the cell phone and completely ignoring my answer. Visiting from another state and will never go to this location again.

Late review but I was in about a week ago and I was helped by an older woman. I think she was the manager. She was so kind and so helpful. Will be back again. Great customer service!!

Tried to do an exchange, very straight forward. The kid TJ I did the exchange with said the amount will be attached with my phone number. I was very clear this is an exchange and that I would be picking a different pair right then. But, come to find out when I come up to the counter with the shoes I was goin to exchange for this teen put it as a return to my card not to exchange with my phone numbet(witch isnt even a thing?? These children were very vague). So not only could I not exchange, I couldn't leave with the shoes I already bought. Im Still waiting for my money to return to my bank. There was a middle aged woman who was very helpful finding the shoes I need but the teenagers they have working here are totally inept.
