My husband and I recently went after a long time dream. We reached out to NFCS to purchase 50+acres but we walked away from the counter offer - shortly after that we found 30+ ac piece of land with most of what we wanted. Quickly changing gears on NFCS they adapted to our loan needs us just as quickly. Everyone we have worked with has made us feel at ease. It a big decision when buying a home, property or your future...I appreciate all the patience given to us. Best thing is when I visit the office, they remember who I am and where we are with all our projects. So happy to be part of the NFCS family!

This review is not for a specific location but for the Credit Union in general. I've been a Customer for many years and the "New" online banking is a mess! The Bill Pay system is also a mess. Shared sub-accounts can now be seen by both parties and this means that all savings, loans, etc can be seen by the other person anytime they log on. You have to physically go in a change every sub-account to know who's is who and then color code and then decide if you want to hide it or not. Very Frustrating. The Bill Pay system used to be so easy, now it bounces you back out to the beginning when the due date is incorrect...and I'm using the date it is supposed to have auto loaded. Unhappy Customer!

I have been using this branch for years I have both my personal and business accounts here. I have to say I am very happy with the customer service I receive and is better than anywhere I've banked before. I especially want to thank Amanda she always has the best attitude and willingness to help with whatever bank need and go the extra mile to help!!! Thank you

I have used this branch occasionally for simple transactions. There is nothing really to report on - except they do have nice a nice little tea station. I received an email invitation they were having an hour long seminar about IRAs. I was able to leave work to attend - it was a horrible commute with Beaverton and Rain. I was there well after it started, but the lady let me in - Very Grateful, since I drove all that way. The information was great/succinct and the presenter accepted random questions throughout. They went over an hour, too, so it wasn't like we had to rush to exit. The presenter had some technical difficulties, but powered through. They provided free water and some snack bars. I didn't like the overhead muzak - I mean the tunes were good, just overhead loud. I was glad to attend the Free Seminar. I hoped to have a meeting with their Financial Advisor at a later date. Generous parking, ATMs-walk up and drive through.

Unitus credit union has the best customer service in town. And they have helped our family invest a large amount of money. And with a simple phone call they are always available to answer questions. Ashkan has help educate me with my spending and help set my children up with proper money saving programs.

Waste of Time. I already had a plot of land 30+ Acres already picked out and finalized with the Realtor. During this time I contacted numerous outlets to see what bids/creditors are available/interested in and Northwest Farm Credit Services failed to even provide basic answers to questions. I inquired on a $20K loan and they mentioned that the minimum is $25K. Even with a notification of $25K , they or the "trainee" on the phone had no intention of even asking me any questions or even to brainstorm ideas of how to use $25K even though I was seeking $20K and seemed like everything was a joke to her. I did find another resource to cover the $20K request and it was not through Northwest Farm Credit Services. These folks or at least the person I briefly spoke to was complete garbage in handling even basic info. They won't help you. It was a good thing I shopped around to get quotes. Out of the list of lenders I contacted, these folks were the worst in communication and yes a waste of time. The irony out of all this is that it was an outside entity (not within State) from the East Coast that took care of my simple $20K request. So much for "local" as their website claims.

I'm really not sure what has happened with the customer service with this credit union. In the past 2 weeks I have had the most terrible experiences ever. And at two separate branches, no less. Today, they decided that the policy that was OK yesterday is not OK today. So I can't make a deposit because they've changed their policy overnight with no notice. I literally made a deposit under the same circumstances yesterday and they won't take it today. I cannot wait until I no longer have to have anything to do with this credit union. Their customer service is deplorable and their lack of transparency is troubling.

Love, love, love my new credit union. I went in after having problems with 2 National banks due to a theft of check books. Needless to say, I had a bad taste in my mouth and was prepared to sit FOREVER trying to open a new account. I have a FT career that & own a business, so I need a financial institution that knows what they're doing & I can feel appreciated and taken care of. To my surprise, it was one of the easiest things I've done. I had a young lady named India help me out. She walked me through everything, and assured me transferring my accounts would be easy. It was!!! Who knew dealing with a bank would be so easy. She made me feel at ease, and delivered everything she promised. HUGE BONUS: When you open up a checking account, they can actually give you a debit card right there. How convenient! So, let's just say, I feel confident that Unitus will have my back and take care of my financial needs.

After the assistance of India at the Beaverton, Or branch yesterday, it left me no choice but to remove the 1 star rating that I gave this credit union back when Holly Sawyer incident. Out of 4-5 different people that we've dealt with at this branch it seems that everybody else seems genuine and knowledgeable about their products/services. Thank you India for answering all the questions that we have and giving extra information/resources. Kudos to you and keep up the great job!
