Went here on a Sunday to get electronic passport photos. Was my first try here but my third with FedEx, as another location screwed them up … twice! Whitney here at the Nimbus location heard our story and had no hesitation helping us. This store has a screen they use, which guarantees the background will be white (an important requirement by the State Department). Whitney got it right! Our online applications were accepted using the photos she took.

The customer service rep had beer breath and he delayed me by 15 minutes because he was too intoxicated to get the task done right himself and had to ask for help. This was obvious and should've been to other employees. Too bad they don't have a phone number to reach a live advisor, and have to be blasted on Google Reviews.

The main issue at this FedEx center seems to be poor management. The staff try their best, but there’s clearly a lack of leadership and organization. Better supervision could really improve the customer experience

It's nice that this location is near my house, but every time I come in here it's weird vibes. There used to be a manager there and she seemed to be pretty rude to me when I would ask a question, I don't know why, but it was really strange. Some of the other employees there were a hit and miss as well. I had to stop by there yesterday for a quick second and experience the same weird vibes.
I would rather go to the location in Lake Oswego, they've always helped me out without making me feel weird about asking questions about the job I needed done.

These guys always do a great job. I’ve printed many things and they helped us with all of our wedding printed materials, which came out great.

Tracking number 273599820600 was delivered to the wrong address. When I called your automated customer service and gave them my street number they couldn't match it up. I tell most of my sellers on eBay not to use your service because you are incompetent to deliver to the correct address. You always blame the seller. I will report your company to the better business bureau

I had a photo edit job that was beyond my skills, and more than my printer could handle as well. Justin quickly tuned into what I was looking for: sizing, cropping, printing. He did the job swiftly and inexpensively. This shop and Justin are resources I will turn to again.

I ordered some quick print flat greeting cards and they were ready for pickup within 5 hours. 30 cards for $22 which is fantastic for custom printed materials available same day. I also loved the coordination between team members when I picked up the order: a second team member at the back of the store overheard me say my pickup name at the (shipping?) counter and had my order up to the separate (printing?) counter before the first agent could even log in. It was great. Felt like a team with good dynamics. Order was ready on time, packaged with cardboard protectors which was a nice touch. Ready within hours and for far less than any competitor I could find online.
