I had a fantastic experience at the Beaverton FedEx Office today, thanks to Kirsty! I came in stressed with several return items that needed packaging and shipping labels, and she took care of everything with such patience and professionalism. She expertly packed my items, printed all the labels, and made what could have been a huge hassle completely stress-free.
I walked out of the store feeling genuinely relieved and taken care of — it’s rare to get that level of helpful, friendly service these days. Kirsty turned a chore into a pleasant errand, and I really appreciate the extra effort she put in to help me. Highly recommend this location, especially if you get to work with Kirsty!

If someone comes in with an oversized package that needs to go out with receipt just scan it for them and send them on their way. Don't make them struggle with a self checkout that the items are clearly too big for. It's just scan a label and give someone a receipt, not hard.

I've never had an employee speak to me like I was so stupid in my life. I didn't realize that you couldn't ship non FedEx packages from there because I go to UPS all the time and drop off USPS packages. She looked at me and spoke to me like I was a 5-year-old child. There is no reason to talk to someone like that when you need to tell them that they can't ship with you

They treat you terrible on the phone. Probably the worst i've been treated in a long time. I hope i never have to use fedex for anything again.

Over charge and don't even deliver... These guys some how are able to do worse/less than expected. Can't even walk back and do a simple cut job, or print some basic black and white without wanting your first born.

Very disappointed in the level of customer service I received both in store and via email. If you have a question, representatives do not even attempt to solve the problem, they just create more and leave you wanting to find better service elsewhere. Luckily, I did. I will not be returning to FedEx and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon with 3000 pages to print on a last minute shot to make a deadline. Sylvia and her team worked with me to get this done quickly and professionally. Really saved the day. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Great overall experience! Nathan helped me out over the phone not once but twice. He was very kind and very helpful. I needed invitations printed out asap, he walked me through how to do so online and I had my prints ready in hand the very next day!

Charged me over $30 to send a 15-page fax. $2.49 per page for faxing is a ridiculous price considering it's basically making a phone call.

Their printing services are outdated and extremely confusing. I had to send an email to the printer 3 times and for no specific reason it failed. No one helped, and it takes forever to get anything done there. Not going back.

Won’t let public use their tape gun to tape labels or packages. They say people have misused the tape gun before by using too much tape!
