The staff at the Canyon location is always friendly, they keep me up to date on the status of my services and the pricing is fair.

Absolutely terrible experience at Firestone in Beaverton.
During my first visit, they scratched my rim and somehow removed my center Ford logo, almost losing it. One of the blonde employees literally ran out to slap it back on when I noticed—and that’s when I pointed out the rim damage right then and there. Her response? “Well what do you want me to do?”
I told her straight up: “I’m not trying to be rude, but if your car got damaged, you’d want it fixed.” She replied, “Okay? Well I guess we can order you some new lug nuts,” and brushed it off. That’s when I realized the level of carelessness I was dealing with.
Sure enough, they returned my car with the lug nuts completely chewed up, not just stripped—mangled. Look at the photo. They admitted fault and replaced them only after I came back, but the damage was already done.
I called later to check if the rest of my tires had arrived (they only installed one at first), and the same blonde woman was extremely rude and passive-aggressive. I work outdoors in harsh conditions and still manage to be respectful to customers. There’s no excuse for that kind of attitude.
When I showed up for the second visit and brought up the rim damage again, I had before-and-after photos proving it was their fault. They still denied it. Didn’t even want to see the photos. Just said “it was probably already there” and cleaned it off like that fixed anything. Multiple employees tried to explain it away.
I also declined all their ridiculous upsells (which they push hard because they work on commission), and I’m sure that rubbed them the wrong way.
Bottom line: No accountability. Rude customer service. Careless with your vehicle. Do yourself a favor—take your car literally anywhere else. Just overall lazy employees wanting to do the bare minimum for more commission.

Got a flat due to a screw. The outlet fixed the tire cost free despite having a full house in a Sunday! Thank you guys so much!!

I arrived in the morning without and an appointment with a screw in my tire. Firestone was not only open before 8am unlike all other tire shops but was able to get me in right away. Rick was professional and quickly got me taken care of and on the road again. The best part was the tire patch service was complementary! I’d definitely come back.

I confirm that they are the best place you can go to, and the thing
I liked most is that they have a manager who follows up, checks and verifies everything
They really deserve a high rating ❤️

Came in without an appointment to mount four tires on four rims (all brand new and not purchased at this location).
They had them done in awesome time, same day.
Very helpful, +10 from me.

made a 1 pm appointment, and told the man i would not be waiting inside so i think he must got the impression that i was leaving my car for the day , but i made a 1 pm appointment expecting for my vehicle to be serviced by 1 pm it’s now 3:16 pm and my vehicle has not been touched , if i continue to wait , it’s gonna be atleast 20 min till they get my car up as they were servicing new vehicles then another 2 hours so 5 pm? for an oil change . what is the point of making an appointment , i saw 2 other people come at the same time as me and their vehicles are no longer here . an oil change takes 30 minutes to actually do but it’s understandable when it takes an hour or longer but 4 hours would’ve been crazy , i’ve been here many times for many different vehicles i’ve never experienced such lack of care
