Great staff! Great service and most importantly great products. My car is running smooth and true. I'll definitely be bringing my car in for brakes, oil and tire work.

Warning to people who buy new tires and get the FREE lifetime rotation and alignment package at Firestone. Make sure you are requesting both the tire rotation and alignment when you bring the car in.I was told I declined the tire rotation last time I brought the car in and today I had to purchase brand new tires because they had no tread due to not having that done.I would NEVER decline a free service that I had already paid for.

When my car died and left me and my son stranded in the bofa parking lot I got a tow to Firestone. They called the next day - dead starter and blown tire. Both fixed by the end of day at reasonable price. Thank you Manager Earl Adels - you guys did a good job.

Rudest customer service I have received in a long time. 142 for a bare bones tire for my civic. I was debating the purchase because I've been tight on funds, and "Earl" snarked "I'll just void it for you, you're not going to find cheaper." I almost lost my cool and I'm always respectful. Rude and unpleasant.

An excellent experience. I rarely write reviews and must admit if I have, they can sometimes only be done when I have criticisms. However, My wife and I could not go without acknowledging how much we appreciated service received at this Firestone Location. We had both of our car batteries fail within a 24 hr period. One turned out to need a corroded terminal replacement first which I was able to do on our own. However, the other car was a more involved process to replace, code and register the battery. Dealerships as well as other local mechanics I checked with were quoting $400-700 dollars for the process. Earl was knowledgeable with our vehicle which was clear with our first phone conversation. He remembered me when we brought the vehicle in hours later and went above and beyond to fit me into a busy schedule and completed the install in at the exact time promised at a fraction of the cost.On top of all of that he applied a discount promo to our final bill that we were unaware of. Just an all-around smooth, professional, and frankly awesome experience. Highly recommend Earl and the staff at this location.Much thanks

I've been going to Firestone for many years. The front desk staff have always been friendly and budget-conscious - they will apply as many discounts as they can to keep the final bill down. They have even lowered my bill when a used part was $100 less than estimated - they didn't have to tell me that and could have charged me the estimated amount and I would have never known the difference. The work is always quality and I trust Firestone with my vehicles.

I called to ask if they could mount a tire and they said yes over the phone but when I went into the store they said that I had to have a tire that was bought sticker price in order to do it and denied me service. The guy who helped me was incredibly rude and not helpful at all, I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

You know, that joint's been around since I was knee-high to a grasshopper, and I've bent over backward, trying to throw 'em a bone, but it's like talkin' to a brick wall. I roll in there with any tire that's not your run-of-the-mill, everyday commuter rubber – we're talkin' trailer tires, pressure washers, you name it – and they're about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. The folks workin' there? Well, they're about as thrilled as a cat in a room full of rocking chairs, and as helpful as a chocolate teapot. It's like they got a degree in "Failure 101" from the school of hard knocks. Why in the world do folks associate Firestone with tires? They oughta steer clear of this place, 'cause it's more of a letdown than a deflated tire on a Sunday drive. It's enough to make you wonder if they're secretly in the business of making folks appreciate a good old-fashioned tire blowout!

Took my car in because I had a nail in my tire. I have a Subaru so need up having to buy two new tires as the tire was not fixable. They got my car done before noon the same day and applied my tire warranty to the cost of the tires so total cost was not too bad. Over all a very good experience.

Don’t waste your time coming here for an alignment if you have a lifted vehicle or anything with aftermarket suspension parts. I dropped off my Toyota that has aftermarket coilovers for a simple front wheel alignment, walked to work, and then get a call saying they won’t work on it because it’s lifted. It requires no additional skills or tools to align it but just because it has coilovers and has been raised over factory height, they refused to work on it. Good thing I have lifetime alignments for my Toyota! What a joke. Either this shop doesn’t have qualified “technicians” to perform the wheel alignment or they’re too worried about whatever risks they think they’re taking on. I wonder if they’ll align all the riced out Hondas and Subarus with cheap ebay parts. To the manager, think about this policy you have for your location vs your competitors. Hopefully this will save time and hassle for someone else and maybe, get them to take their money and rigs elsewhere.

I went in for an alignment appointment scheduled at 3 and they didn't get my vehicle inside until after 5pm. I just needed a simple alignment and my steering wheel was dramatically more off center than when I brought it in. Their "techs" apparently don't know what a drag link is. They also won't do lifetime alignments on vehicles with lift kits, which i understand, but the price they charge for an alignment is disgusting considering the poor quality.

A little disappointed with my visit. Came for a simple flat repair, the workorder stated that my vehicle had scratches and dents. It has neither. Also stated that my tpms light was on, it was not. It further stated that the tire was inflated to the manufacturer spec of 33 psi cold. It was at 41 psi. It also took an hour for a flat repair. I'm also fairly certain my wheels were torqued incorrectly. Having said that the patch held for the 200 miles I put on after the repair. I should also mention that the technician leaned the tire against my car, which could have easily scratched the paint. I hold higher standards at my shop and I wish they would too.
