The gas station is a total cluster "F". They don't want to work, send you to the wrong pump where other employees also pass the buck. Customers act like lobotomy patients trying to pump their own fuel. I'm finishing a twelve hour shift and am over it! Close down your gas station, I'm buying elsewhere.

what happen to all good customer service at fredmeyer?? We had a bad experience at checkout. we got school supplies and they were not able to scan supply box. I saw the price tag fro $3.99 in discount but they refused to give and said it $6.99 for a plastic box. When asked they said if you want to take then pay $6.99. how rude!!

I can't believe how my fiance was treated at the customer service desk of all places. She went to the customer service desk about 9:30 p.m. because she had cash( large bills) and wanted one broken and wanted to make it easier on any cashier so she went to the customer service desk . After paying for her stuff she saw a $50bl bill that the lady was about to give her that was kind of older( as I collect old bills ) she asked if she could have the 50 and the lady proceeded to put it back in the drawer and said no that she couldn't do that that they recycle the bills and that she couldn't give it to her. My fiance then told her that that wasn't her job. I don't think this person was being honest or truthful and I think it's a poor representation of what Fred Meyers stands for if you can accept the money I don't understand why my fiance couldn't have a preferences to the change. I've been going to Fred Meyers for over 15 years I've lived in this community I've worked in this community as well as my fiance who's from here. I'm very disappointed Fred Meyers service as it's always been better than this and I'm not familiar with the lady that provided the service but I'm sure if you check the time clock you'll see who she is and how my fiance was spoken to, just for asking for a $50 bill as part of her change. Instead she was given 2-$20 and a $10 bill (9:30-9:45pm the 14th of August)

Made a quick stop at Fred Meyer two days ago and decided that it the last visit I will make! It was busy, and yet that didn't phase them... they didn't open any more lanes... the wait was huge, tho many folks were opting for the service yours (also super slow). In this huge store I wondered around and couldn't find what I needed... ended up with a handful of things, took forever.. and the kicker was when I was checking out I was going to get cash... normal, huh? Except they CHARGE! Yep, only grocery store I know of that does! Not a fan of this place and location.

I love working with this jewelry store. Took my ring in for the annual cleaning and they were so fast and helpful.

Decent store. The lines for checkout are absurd. Annoying when customer service has multiple people but they don't jump in to ring up or bag. Took 20 minutes to get through 4 people and they were not full carts. Definitely on a downward trajectory.

I've been coming here for about two years because the store itself is great. The staff and the space! The aisles are actually big enough for full sized people+their carts. The state of the bathrooms finally broke me though. They are always not just disgusting but deplorable. When I worked as a courtesy clerk at a grocery store, we had to keep the bathrooms clean. There was a shift between us all and if there was a mess, we addressed it. Not here. I've seen outhouses or trees out in the wild look more hygienic. I've seen dog parks more cleaned up. I feel like they clean them once every few years. It's not just this Fred Meyers, it's every one I've visited in Beaverton, Portland and Tigard. I don't expect to see any change and call me crazy but maybe, just maybe, they'll clean their bathrooms more often. I'll even take once a week as a win.

My wife and I refer to this location as "the nice Fred Meyer." Access is decent with multiple ways to enter and exit the parking lots, there is a large area to cue up for the fuel center and the aisles are organized in a reasonably understandable way (compared to other Fred Meyer's). So that you don't wander around like I did, the one downside is there's no electronics center and no photo services.

Gas station and store managers are exceptionally rude. I have repeatedly been treated terrible and they have just made excuses after excuses. I will not be back to this Fred Meyer ever. I would rather drive across Portland then be treated like this again and again!!!

My complaint is regarding a specific employee who was working the return counter. Her name is Amanda, I had gone in on 11/1/2022 a little after 5pm to return/ exchange some Halloween lights I had bought at the same store 10/26/2022. When setting up the lights on Halloween the light wiring wasn't working properly so I was unable to use the light because they were defected. So because I was busy on Halloween 10/31/2022 I didn't have time to return or exchange the light I planned on going in the following day to do so at this Fred Meyers. That's when Amanda was of no help and honestly rude. I had ask to either return the item or exchange the item she shut me down right away and said sorry we don't take holiday items back once the season has passed. But even after explaining my situation she dismissed me and said nope sorry with a smirk on her face. When asked to speak to her manager to possibly explain my situation again and have them plug in the defected lights she said..... " I am the manager!" That's when I guess I felt defeated. So I went about my evening to grab some groceries and took home my defected lights, I then decided to call the Fred Meyer customer service line from home since my experience was quite awful. The customer service line confirmed they did not have such a policy and that the would credit me the amount for the item because it did not work. I also want to not that Amanda was not the manager and she just told me that to get me to keep my defected item. What an awful experience. I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone in the store to let them know that there customer service counter was so awful and I had to call customer service to even get proper help for my issue.

Won't be caught dead there again. I was trying to look at a microwave because I had been given a gift card, and not only was the surveillance obnoxious from the beginning, in the microwave aisle, every few seconds a huge screen beeped and told me I was being recorded. Like you can fit a microwave in a purse, or whatever they were worried about. If they had some respect for their customers, maybe theft would not be such a problem. I won't go there again. Walked out and happily bought one at Target - and there the employee offered to carry it to the front for me.

The pick up service stinks. We try it once in a while when our schedule is very packed, and it always disappoints. This time was worse than normal. We asked for meat with a use by date of Friday, instead it was for Thursday, which means either we throw it out, or freeze and defrost which wastes a huge amount of our time. One of our eggs was cracked and the container looked smashed. We asked for Como bread and we got a "Artisan Sourdough" that had chunks of something in it, sold to us on its last day it could be. They forgot the grapes we ordered, and the ground chicken, and they switched the ground meat brand with another brand. All in all their pick up service feels like it is used to sell stuff they couldn't sell in the store. Extremely stressful for our family because instead of saving us time we will have to find a way to go to a store to get what we need, which just wastes our time.
