I'm in acute pain in my mouth.My dentist wrote a prescription for pain pills.Your pharmacy, fred meyers at beaverton town square is telling me they have it.They know that i'm in pain, but it will be two.And a half hours to fill it, this is outrageous and unacceptable and should not be happening. If you guys need more people, then hire more people, you guys have sucked with your customer service for so long. Because you make it so long for people to get prescriptions. Believe me I will never get another one from you guys and anybody else that I can sway from using your pharmacy. I will you're posting? I mean, is it immunizations over people getting their medication? This is ridiculous, pain pills of all things. You guys need to get your act together. You already got a 2.9. And I hope my mark even brings you down farther. Cuz, I'm i'm surprised I even gave you a one star. You guys suck, it's outrageous, it's just, it should be illegal. What you're doing? People are doing the patience. You think 2 hours or 2 and a 1 3 hours or whatever the case. Is my beebee is good customer service?You guys have no customer service at this point.All you do is answer phones and people on hold for a long time or tell them to wait half the day for stuff.I hope more people wake up to this.This is just ridiculous

I can't believe how bad. I've been treated here at this pharmacy. This pharmacy & the staff have put my health at serious risk. I've told them many times and they don't care. I can't believe this pharmacy gets away with putting people's lifes at risk with their health. This is not a safe pharmacy.

I require different medications. I always use Fred Meyer Pharmacy.
Almost always they will have my prescriptions ready when they promise to. On occasion, it's even early.
It's quite handy. I park just outside the door... walk a few steps and I'm at the counter.
Many pharmacies recognize me.
They too are very friendly and professional.

A few people at this location are consistently exceptional (ie the pharmacist and Kellan), but most are not good. Today there were 5 people standing around and one slow person helping customers. Oh and the line is 7 people long.

I was told it would take 45 minutes to fill my prescription, and it took 2 hours. About an hour into my wait, I asked when my prescription would be ready, and they told me it would be just a few more minutes. It was not just a few more minutes.

The longest wait times of any pharmacy I’ve ever been too. It feels like someone’s holding your medication hostage. I came 3x in one day all because they never had my prescriptions ready and then when they are there’s a line into the groceries.
The workers are WONDERFUL. Hire more or give people a heads up it’s gonna be 3-4 business days before they can pick up.

Awful. The pharmacy NEVER fills prescriptions on the timetable they give you. You can NEVER reach them on the phone if you really need them.

I just moved here and this pharmacy is waay better than the one off of division in Portland. Highly recommend these guys.
