Went back to butcher case yesterday 10/6 at around 2:00 pm and asked the gouteed "gentleman" behind the case, "how's it going? Can I get a couple pounds of ground chuck?"
You think I had said something to offend him.
He responded with nothing but a glare to end all glares. He quickly handed me the packaged meat without saying a word. Treated me like the biggest inconvenience ever. Will NOT be buying any more meat from this Freddy's. Even if the "gentleman" hates his job that much, he has no right whatsoever taking it out on the customers that keep bringing in the money to pay his paycheck!

This is a really nice, stocked FM. I live in the Pearl area, downtown. I drive every weekend there to shop.

Always a busy store. Lots of selections on food and general merchandise. Nice employees all around. Finding a parking lot has never been a problem. Love this place!

Extremely RUDE manager Stephen. I tried asking for assistance and he acted like I was a nuisance and when I said I was confused by him being rude he dismissed me and said he didn’t know and walked away. RUDE!! I just left without buying anything.

The convenience of this FM isn’t enough to outweigh the proces in comparison to other grocers. The ULP strike brought much of this to light. Paying an additional 10-20% isn’t sustainable. That’s nearly as much as Whole Foods, New Seasons, and other boutique grocers.

A large Fredmeyers with a wide array of home supplies. They have good quality furnishings and kitchen supplies, definitely an easy choice looking for boutique flour and grains.

I like this location better than the other Fred Meyer options nearby. Big parking lot, gas station, decent pharmacy, and all the departments and amenities other FMs have. Prices can be a bit higher here than at other grocery stores, but it's a convenient place to grab anything you may need.

Literally awful. Tried to pick up an online order and was 1 minute past my pickup window and they said they couldn't give me my groceries or a refund until the next day. My pickup window ended at 8pm, I got there at 8:01pm, and the store itself doesn't close until 11pm. I went inside and talked to a manager, Patrick, who said "the system" just automatically runs itself and shuts off at 8pm exactly. He just kept shrugging and looking lost and didn't know how to work the system at all and neither did anyone else I talked to in the store or on the phone assistance line. Nowhere online, in store, or in the app is it listed that the system shuts off 3 HOURS before the rest of the store. I was told to just come pick up my order the next day or try to cancel when the system was back online. I live paycheck to paycheck and don't have access to a car every day. That coupled with the fact that the order was $100 worth of groceries means I could not afford to replace them at that time since I didn't get a refund. Who needs to be able to eat the next day, right?!

The associates here have ZERO customer service skills and just assume anyone young looking is a thief.

Fred Meyer is an amazing company with amazing employees and a great outlook and a great company culture. It's a shame that the union attacked them and made false accusations and put so much pressure on the company and the community. Rest assured, Fred Meyer not only provides the best prices but they have the highest pay, best benefits and best overall time off compared to other companies in the region and state. If you're looking for a consistent company to work for to shop at this is the company. Fred Meyer is amazing!!

Cashier Kirti is so mean this was the third time she pushes and breaks my bread and chips today I asked here to not push my stuff or I’ll return it but she doesn’t care . I have no idea why is she so mean to others. I love shopping at this location and I never had any problems with any other cashiers except her She acts crazy.

Cashier Kirti was horrible!
Blaming us that we pack the register area to full and that result in 2 box’s of berries falling off.
SLOW down! Stop touching and pushing people items back then no items would’ve fell off to your doing!

Title: A Slice of Disappointment
I recently had the chance to try a dry cake that left me wishing for a more satisfying dessert experience. At first glance, the cake appeared visually appealing, with a beautiful frosting that promised a delightful treat. However, upon taking the first bite, I was met with an unfortunate reality.
The texture was far too crumbly and lacked the moisture that one expects from a cake. Each bite felt like chewing on sand, making it difficult to enjoy. The flavor profile was also underwhelming; it seemed to lack the richness and depth that can elevate a simple cake into something memorable. Instead of a harmonious blend of sweetness, it felt more like a chore to finish.
Even the frosting, which had potential, couldn't compensate for the dryness of the cake. It was overly sweet and didn't mesh well with the overall experience. I found myself wishing for a glass of milk or a scoop of ice cream to soften the blow.
In summary, while the presentation was appealing, the dry texture and lackluster flavor made this cake a disappointment. It serves as a reminder that a beautiful exterior doesn't always guarantee a delightful taste. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your next dessert adventure.
