Just a regular Freddie’s. 3 stars because the check out process took us about 20 min from start to finish. Check out lady was super nice though! Bathrooms were clean and well kept too.

Patrick needs to be evaluated. His professionalism is non existent and his attitude is terrible. Watching him being so nasty to a poor customer who clearly wasn’t good at speaking English, she wanted a refund for a lemonade she bought and couldn’t find her receipt he told her to leave and come back when her loyalty shows up for the lemonade when we he could of just gave her a store credit or refunded her the money.. what like $3. I’ve came before without a receipt and never have been treated the way he did to that lady. If management looks over these reviews he should lay him off. Especially because instead of keeping comments to himself he went out of his way to talk bad about her in front of his co workers and antagonizing paying customers!!!

They elder guy with colored hair at customer service 6.22.2024 around 545 to 550pm was extremely rude. I asked if they has received a phone from self check out he ask what type I explained it was samsung and the case. I went on to mention the self check out gentle man has told me he dropped here and I was told to stop having an attitude or I could not have my phone back! That is a brand new 1400$ phone by the way, so astonish I simply explained i didn't mean to present as an attitude I was just trying to conversation in regards to my issue a comment his co worker told me and directed me to him, at the customer service desk. I was astonished to be treated in such a poor manor as I am a regular here and buy all my products ei groceries for our family of 4, work supplies, gardening supplies, ect. I have spent over 2k this last 2 week and to be treated this way over a phone. I wish his day would get better and he told me mine needed to be better! What a rude person yet alone employee l, very disappointed and will be looking at other grocerie stores that fit my needs and have nice people to serve me , especially when I'm in a good mood( good day lol ) and just being nice. Even the blonde lady behind me gasped in disbeleif, I told her good luck lol.

Usually very nice, but this last experience needs to be fixed. There's a new system at self checkout that shows camera footage of items left in cart. This item was a purse that I crocheted myself, full of items that were not for sale at this store. The camera was upset about that, and when the employee came over he wouldn't answer any questions aside from saying "we need to check the cameras." I couldn't tell if he was suspicious of me or if he couldn't read the screen where it said "reason for items left in cart," and I assumed he had been trained so I assumed he was being suspicious of me and started to panic, showing him all of my stuff in my purse, and still he wouldn't explain or answer anything, he was just rude. After he FINALLY allowed me to continue checking out, he treated me like I had no reason to worry and he never treated me suspiciously, which is a lie. Either train this guy or put him somewhere that he doesn't interact with customers.

Whoever just answered the phone at the walker location in customer service at 10:48pm on 05/18/2024 was absolutely not meant to work in customer service. That was the rudest person I've ever spoken with over the phone. Very shocking actually. The answered the phone with such attitude and then I proceeded to ask them how they were doing 3 times in a row, and they appeared like they couldn't hear me or so I thought, they kept saying, HELLO, can I help you. I said 3 times, yes thank you, how are you doing today? Then when I finally realized they heard me everytime I was thrown off and so I started to ask them if they could hear me and they just kept repeating that same frustrated, irritable, "HELLO, CAN I help you?" So finally I asked if you guys had any sports cards in stock and they proceeded to tell me the rudest and most immediate, "No," ive ever heard and straight hang up on me. They didn't even look, they just immediately answered, "No," and hung up the phone. They had an accent, couldn't tell if it was a man or woman or not for sure, but I believe a man. He needs to be properly trained how to interact with customers or don't have whoever it was deal with customers, because that was so rude and disrespectful, it actually feels violating.
