Every time I go to fresh start detail I am incredibly impressed! The latest time I went they not only thoroughly cleaned my car but did an amazing job with the glass as well. It’s such a treat to be able to fully trust someone with your car to take great care of it and to make it look amazing every time! I highly recommend everyone visit fresh start detail!

I had my car corrected/ceramic coated at Fresh Start after a previous application done by somebody else left buffer halos, and the results absolutely exceeded my expectations. Not only were they able to polish out the halos and carwash scratches, the quality of the work is obvious the moment you see the car—deep gloss, flawless reflections, and a finish that looks better than when it left the dealership.
The team took their time to prep the paint properly, explaining each step so I knew exactly what I was getting. You can tell they genuinely care about their craft and treat every vehicle like their own. The coating is incredibly smooth, water beads right off, and cleaning the car has never been easier.
On top of the great work, the customer service was exceptional—friendly, honest, and clearly knowledgeable. They didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and were upfront about maintenance and expectations.
If you're looking for high-quality ceramic coating from people who take pride in their work, this shop is a hidden gem. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone who wants their car to look its absolute best.

Once again, Jason and the crew have done a fantastic job on my truck. I brought it in for a little winter touchup last week and I think the truck looks amazing! As always , Jason is very thorough and had my truck ready just a little earlier than scheduled.
I originally had the truck ceramic coated two years ago and went back again because I know they will treat my truck with care and turn out a fantastic product. Since my truck is outside 24/7 I want to be protected for the long haul. The Opti-Coat products that they use, make for an extra great finish. Thank you for a worry, free winter season!!

I dropped my car off with Fresh Start Detail. I got an exterior detail on my black Volkswagen CC. Black is so finicky to work with. But these guys are amazing. Jason and Caleb and team. Made my 2013 vehicle look brand new. I was in shock when I walked up to my car. Outstanding job.

Great customer service, easy to set up an appointment and get a quote at the same time. Provided detailed information on the the product to be used and how it woul be applied. I arrived on time for the front windshield to be trated and they finished prior to the time quoted. Thanks again and looking forward to feature service.

I didn’t know my truck could be this clean! It’s a truck — I don’t baby it but at 100,000 miles I thought it was due for some love. The interior and exterior look practically new and I’m not sure it was this clean when I left the showroom.

Caleb and the team did a fabulous full detail on my wife's 2022 tucson. When they were done, it looked and felt like a new car! They were very meticulous in their approach and got everything spotless. They even worked with my schedule to drop her car in secret so I could do it as a birthday surprise, which was really cool, as they were busy. The experience at Fresh Start Detail was excellent from start to finish. They answered all of my questions in detail before scheduling my ceramic service. I drove up from Tualatin because they were the best shop I found after doing independent research. The multi-layer ceramic coating looks flawless. They completed the job efficiently and had my car back to me the next day, and even provided an easy, convenient rental car. I will no doubt be returning for any future detailing needs. Jason, Caleb and the whole team are experts. I’ve gotten the ceramic coating/paint protection along with overall detailing for my Mercedes AMG and thank goodness they suggested it. I recently hit a patch of tar here in Portland that I thought would destroy my paint and rims. Dropped my ride off in the morning and picked it up the following day extremely surprised! It looked better than the showroom floor. They care about your experience and explain every detail about the process. Also enjoy the customer get togethers they host. Car folks are a fun group of folks!

I had hopes for this place, because of the good reviews and because my neighbor recommended them, so I chose to ignore the old reviews that were disappointed with the interior cleaning. Unfortunately, they turned out to be right.
Overall, it's ok. But many missed spots, so much so I'm questioning if they really vacuumed. I can understand dirt that's lodged into the fabric not being removed, but running my hands over the seats yielded loose particles that a vacuum easily would've picked up. The cup holder still has drink splatters that were missed entirely. I'm even questioning if the seats were really steam cleaned? The carpet looks nice though.
They told me they primarily do exterior detailing, so maybe they do an excellent job there. But for an interior detailing, I recommend looking elsewhere, the attention to detail here needs improvement. Ending on a positive note, the people who work here are courteous.

Jason came highly recommended and I couldn't agree more. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest, he performed the ceramic treatment on my new MX-5 and I could not be happier. I've never had such good work and friendly service from a detailer before. He has incredibly useful videos on YouTube too on how to keep your car looking its best. By far the best detail shop in Oregon, at least. A fantastic small, local business that earns as well as deserves your support.

I brought in my Rivian R1S in the day after I took delivery. I was able to schedule an appointment ahead of time, which worked out well. We got the full front PPF, 7 year ceramic paint coating, as well as the glass ceramic coating Communication with Caleb was excellent up front, and he gave regular progress reports as they were working on the car. I was bummed that it was raining at pickup, but at least it highlighted the hydrophobic properties of the ceramic! Water was beading right off the surface. Caleb spent a lot of time explaining what they did, what to expect over the first few weeks (as far as any tiny bubbles under the PPF that usually disappear as it cures), and how to best care for the car going forward. Overall, the work was outstanding and the service professional and friendly. Car looks great! Highly recommend!
