Got my car back from them after they deemed it total. They assured me that they would put my car back together in the state that they received it. Yet when I got home and opened my trunk, I found my wheel liner in the trunk and not in my wheel well. Terrible experience if your car is not actually getting fixed.

Overall, I had a positive experience at this shop. Despite being incredibly busy, they made an effort to ensure my repairs felt like a priority. The receptionist was friendly and efficient.
The quality of work on my vehicle was excellent, which is ultimately the most important factor.
I’m deducting one star due to a minor communication issue. On Friday, they called to tell me my vehicle was ready, but due to my own schedule, I couldn’t pick it up before they closed for the weekend. I was told it would be ready on Monday, and I could come by anytime. However, when I arrived Monday afternoon, I was informed the vehicle wouldn’t be ready for a few more hours as it still needed reassembly. This caused some inconvenience with my rental car return, which could have been avoided with clearer communication.
Additionally, I was asked to give a 10 out of 10 rating on a survey, as anything less would affect someone's commission. As you can see from this review, I do not feel this particular experience deserves a perfect score, but I don't want anyone punished over it.
Bottom line: Despite the small communication error, Gerber did an excellent job on my repair, and I do recommend them.

Literally take your car anywhere else to get fixed. They could not care less about my situation and they keep giving me the run around. Every single time I talk with them, they are telling me something different. First, they say they’ve stripped down my entire car, and they’ll call before the day ends for an update, as it’s a big job and may need more than a day. No call. I call the next day and they say the labor will take til Tuesday. Tuesday comes around (almost an entire week later) and we call and they say they’ll call before close with an update. They never call, again. I call them today and again they say they need ANOTHER few days, very similarly to the first call, like they haven’t put work into my car at all. No apologies for not calling me back or just the utter abysmal communication to begin with. I very much believe they’re gonna botch putting my car back together, because it’s clearly evident they don’t care.

Excellent customer service (Luis) & repair at the Beaverton location. I've needed work done on several occasions, and I've been very impressed with the process and outcome each and every time. A+...highly recommend!

Noah and the Beaverton shop were very professional and able to confirm the substandard repair done to one of our vehicles by another auto body shop. Thanks to Noah's help, the car was determined to be unsafe and totaled by insurance.

DONT GO HERE!
Staff is incompetent and rude. Called my mother instead of me to discuss the my car at their facility when I was the one that dropped it off and gave them my contact information let alone I am the legal owner of the car! Was extremely rude and unprofessional when talking to her in an elevated tone!
They never answer their phone when I have called them 6 different times. If it rings long enough it goes to a centeral call center type number where if that rings long enough it says to leave a voice mail and they will call you back only to find out that either its the voice mail is full or not even set up because I could never leave a message.
Avoid this very unprofessional and rude scam of a business! Pissed I cant leave a zero star review...

Statefarm said this is the closest certified "in-network" shop for an estimate.One week to wait for an appointment... ok... another week after - no estimate, because.... the person who does estimates... took a few days off!They don't care that your car is broken, your insurance claim is on hold.

Overral Communication excellent 5/5This was a 4 month repair , Mostly waiting on a part.Paint match , Perfect, Body panel gaps excellent 5/5. Couldent have been happier.

Gerber did such a great job on my body work and paint! I had a whole backend that needed to be repaired and repainted. Looks brand new. They kept me updated regularly, they washed my car and they detailed it beautifully inside. I had an old sticker mess from a previous phone holder that they were able to remove! Not even part of the body work. I’m so grateful for them. They make up for the shoddy work other places do.

Has to be one of the worst shops in Beaverton with customer service walked in the office for a quote and 3 gentleman were sitting down and didn’t even acknowledge me I had to stand there for maybe about 10 mins until they walked away from there desks I just don’t understand why they couldn’t say hey welcome in will be with you in just a moment nope guys just stared at me and looked away . After they left I decided to leave as well . I work In customer service in the auto industry and that has to be one of the worst customer services I have ever seen .

Bad service, many delays, wrong ordering, excuses, took 5 months for pretty simple repairs, 3 weeks later still excuses for parts needed, don't bother with this place.
