Has to be one of the worst shops in Beaverton with customer service walked in the office for a quote and 3 gentleman were sitting down and didn’t even acknowledge me I had to stand there for maybe about 10 mins until they walked away from there desks I just don’t understand why they couldn’t say hey welcome in will be with you in just a moment nope guys just stared at me and looked away . After they left I decided to leave as well . I work In customer service in the auto industry and that has to be one of the worst customer services I have ever seen .

Bad service, many delays, wrong ordering, excuses, took 5 months for pretty simple repairs, 3 weeks later still excuses for parts needed, don't bother with this place.

I normally don't do reviews, and I only take them with a grain of salt when I read them, but this was frustrating and I would like to help someone avoid the same.I took my car to this shop and had an appointment for an estimate. The bumper was loose, but we held it up with some duct tape and it wasn't in danger of falling off. It's plastic, after all, and didn't require much. I showed up for my appointment and the technician said I had to leave the car because the bumper was loose. Also, they are working into it October to finish jobs. I expected the timeline, but didn't expect to leave the car. I'm a USAA member and figured they would do the estimate in a timely manner even though they couldn't start the work right away. ONE MONTH later USAA still hasn't received the estimate. When I called the shop they said they had ordered parts even though they had not submitted the estimate. Needless to say I went to another FAMILY OWNED shop, got my estimate, made an appointment to bring my car back in a few months to start the work. These people don't seem organized so don't go to them.

Customer service is poor. I called them four times, after each one they promised to provide the estimate mediately. It took them six weeks to send the estimate while my car was parked. Not talking about how long it would take to have my car back on the road yet.Plus, they are trying to go with cheap maintenance to get insurance companies' satisfaction. First, they said your car door might be better to replace, then the estimate shows another thing. They decided to fix that damaged door, adding that they would get more work hours and more profits.Service: Body & Trim

Very poor quality work and bad customer service, the worse experience I’ve ever had fixing a car. And on top of that other people were arriving to complain while I was waiting. It’s definitely a NO NO.Service: Auto glass repair

Had to wait 6 months before they could get to my car. They were slow in reporting to my insurance. Then they totaled my car and did not contact me. Never going to use them again

How this business stays in business is the question? Customer service is poor, the reps i spoke with talked to me as if I were stupid and didn't know what the issue was with my own vehicle. Getting a call back took 3 days. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

So my insurance said i needed to take my vehicle to this location for an estimate. That's fine I understand that. But it took over a week and 2 phone calls before they finally sent the estimate to my insurance company. Ok sure not a huge deal. But here is the part that is completely unacceptable. The estimate included used parts on my low miles 2021 truck. And they add a 25% markup on top. So be careful getting repairs done here because I guess they like to put used parts on vs new OEM. Look over your estimate closely.

DO NOT take your vehicle here. I was involved in an accident at the end of February. Resulting in the inability to drive my car. After a week of mis - information I was able to bring my car to Gerber for repairs and the POSSIBLE determination of totaling my vehicle. After waiting over a month and countless automated text messages (ZERO human contact) the INSURANCE COMPANY informed me they 'totaled' my car. When I arrived to obtain my remaining belongings, I discovered some particular items were missing. This included my $130 skateboard as well as 8 miniatures I collected that sat on my dashboard. Nothing else was missing - including a bit of cash in my coin section and a high end mounted charger. When I approached the manager he claimed it 'must have' been part of a string of potential break in's the week before. I was NEVER informed of any such thing. There was no evidence of a broken door, window or even scratches from a Slim Jim. It was completely obvious a Gerber employee decided to help themselves to my items. business allows their workers to steal customer's belongings. They were in possession of my car keys the entire time. When I went into the office to view photos - PLAIN as day were my items AFTER the timeline he shared for the so called 'break in'. The employees all but fled the office and the energy changed entirely. Since then I haven't heard a peep. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service as well as the staff. Be AWARE.

Louis is an absolute gem. His team handled the body work (on which they did a great job) after an accident AND they were the liaison with other shops for all of the mechanical repairs that were also needed. When I continued having mechanical issues, they held my hand all the way through each time. I really felt like Louis and Gerber had my back and actually cared about doing the right thing by me. I was so impressed by their care and dedication. Louis was always incredibly professional, but it felt like doing professional business with a friend. He always told me he appreciated me and it felt genuine.I certainly hope I don't get into any more accidents but if I do, Gerber will be the first place I go.

My wife was having so much trouble getting her car fixed up after an accident, and Louis and his team were so helpful and professional through the process. We were both really grateful for his help.

Didn’t end up getting a repair cause my car was totaled but they were super helpful and you could see how far they worked just by stepping into their office!
