I used to love this place but between the rude dressing room attendant and the front end manager screaming at the employees, I’m no longer a fan. It’s toxic just being there. The shoppers were giving each other glances about the tone of the place. I feel bad for the employees. They will all have grounds for a lawsuit if this keeps up. Textbook toxic work environment.

Selling used jeffree star liquid lipstick for $24.99. Inform them it’s used and unsanitary to resell. And employee puts used beauty products back into the glass case. Never use, used makeup. Hell most of the bottles were only 1/2 full. What a joke.

I have shopped at Goodwill many times and today got the worst ever customer service ever from a manager. Or rather no customer service whatsoever. I think his name was Tyler. He was an Asian looking person with very long hair. I purchased a pair of Pickleball paddles (Brand new in the bag) as well as a Nerf gun for my grandson. When we got home, we discovered that the Nerf gun was broken or was missing a part so I brought it back to return it and was given a store credit. I didn’t see anything in the store that I wanted to buy, except a pair of Pickleball paddles that were a little nicer in a bag so I decided to return the other paddles and upgrade to the others. (Keep in mind, I just purchased them about an hour before.)
I didn’t notice at the time that they were sold as is, but nonetheless, they are brand new paddles, and obviously had never been used by me or anyone else. Surely they could make an exception, since I was purchasing another set of brand new Pickleball paddles. I was told very rudely, smugly, and condescendingly that he would refuse to do this. Such an easy simple request that could easily have been done, and the new paddles could have been placed back on the shelf to sell to someone else. Instead of making a customer happy this jerk wanted to show that he was the all powerful “manager“ and deny this request. What a shame that no one at Goodwill train this guy in customer service. I’m sure upper management would not have approved of the way he handled this.

Very busy location, the employees very diligent about getting new items out. The dressing room attendant was very strict about the rules but it helped the flow of customers moving.
Nikki rang us up and was very helpful, even in the craziness of a busy store.

“Don’t come here” -Carol the fitting room person who will ensure you have an absolute awful time while she harasses you and multiple other individuals. Don’t forget to “follow her rules” as she makes them up for different individuals. Some will need to get back in line if they exceed the limit on clothes to try on their remainder items, while others have special permission to hang halfway out of the fitting room partially naked and exchange their remaining items with Carol with no expectation for them to get back in line. Be sure not to ask for her name as this is a very touchy subject - proceed around her with caution ⚠️ *****does not like if you get too close to the bell - careful, might bite.

I came home and was excited to have Ajay with the tags still on it. It said 29.90 $ so I thought I got a good deal. I think I payed 7.99 for it? Well when I got home I looked underneath the 29.90 sticker expecting to see a higher price but no it was majorly lower meaning it was in euros 17.95. .. which, this hat someone probably got a clearance and just because it has the tags in it you should be more aware of stickers hiding the actual retail the prices I saw today in many items were outrageous. The only adult bike was 100$. I would of paid 50$ for it but usually people shopping at goodwill have clothing and items they need so it wasn't even possible for me . As much waste that goes into our landfills tis think your lower your roces by now the same clothing hats and everything sits on the shelfs . And a lot of stuff in the super center with the bins is in perfect condition and it is a lot better sometimes than the store which is Crazy. Each item should be reevaluated for prices because y'all are selling used clothing that perfect pick up on clearance and they give it to you and someone thinks like me oh they got a great deal. I feel deceived . I would love to for your company I think you need a modern eye, someone who can understand fabrics and notice tiny imperfections .
