I just had the worse haircut I've ever had in my entire life. Idk her name I think she was mexican (sorry)(the receipt says Linda but idk if that was actually her), at 3:30ish on 8/9/25. I wanted a 4 on the sides and 2 inches left on the top and she was arguing that it was 3 inches. She literally used a straight edge razor to cut my sides!!! I've been going to this greatclips for more than 10 years and I'm never coming back. Wtffff!!!

Got the worst haircut today and have been crying on and off. My hair is uneven, one side being longer than the other. My hair was long and I asked the lady to take off 4 inches, it’s now barely below my shoulder. She easily took off double what I asked. She asked if I wanted face framing and I said no, she then said “okay” and cut into the front, making frame. Anytime I said no or asked her to stop, she kept going. She didn’t appear to speak great English, so maybe she didn’t understand? Either way, I’m extremely disappointed and devastated. To get my hair evened out, I would have to go above my shoulders and I’m not doing that.

Asked for the hairdresser to trim off an inch of my hair and give me side bangs. Gave me a choppy haircut, cut off about three inches, and thinned my hair without asking me. Horrible experience.

I was going to have my hair cut off and donated to locks of love and they tried to talk me out of it. I have never had someone try to talk me out of a donation before.

I didn't hate the hair cut, but I certainly don't love it. The price was good. I'll probably try somewhere else next time but over the value was good and the lady was friendly.

I came in with my girlfriend on 7/8/25 at around 10am and the person working was incredibly rude and made us leave because she didn't want people waiting in there.

I've been getting my haircut here for the last year and the staff has been incredible. Booking online is a breeze and they have my haircut saved in their notes so I can get the same haircut no matter the staff. Speaking of staff, Amy is fantastic and has awesome recommendations.
