Be aware that this salon doesn’t honor “Portland & surrounding area Great Clips salons” coupon’s. This is the first time I have experienced such issue in this area. I should have been more careful seeing the empty store. :)

I just want to share my experience for the payment. I had direct targeted emailed coupon from Great Clips (No 3rd Party or random website) for the Portland area, but they bluntly said cannot accept it. When I asked at least try in the system, they said NO, it doesn't matter if system accept it or not? They won't even enter the coupon and try.
This is shame and looting the regular customer who has enrolled and received coupon from Great Clips directly.

Haircuts are usually good. Online check-in is great. The one star is because of their coupon policy. It is BS! I have been coming to this great clips for about seven years and I occasionally use a coupon and now they are NOT letting me use my, “Portland AND surrounding area” great clip locations and that they must say Walker Road on them. This is complete BS! I have never received an email coupon that has said it is for that specific location unless I get it in the mail. I will never, ever return back to this great clips location! I assume a new franchisee bought this location and this is their doing, but I will take my $200 a year on haircuts elsewhere.

Great Clips keeps profile of your preferences and you get the same cut each time unless you specify other style, can make appointment on line.
Very similar result no matter which stylist cuts your hair

It's one of the few places that always get my haircut right, I'm not difficult, but no one seems to get it right except this place. I live at the coast, so I drive hella far out of my way to get a haircut there.

Hair stylist refused to do hair cut for child with disabilities. The stylist half heartedly combed my daughter's hair and stood back waiting. My daughter started to fidget and look around. She was sitting slightly forward in the salon chair with a book.The stylist didn't attempt to engage or to be friendly. She said unless my child sat up completely straight in the seat she could not cut her hair. She made no effort to work with us (daughter arrived in wheelchair). We were the first name on a long wait list which may have been a factor. It would have taken time to cut my daughter's hair.

I recently got a haircut at this place about a week ago, and I must say, they did an excellent job! My haircut turned out great, and I'm really pleased with the results.

Requested style: Firstly, nobody even cared to welcome or ask anything. Then they are saying you should have come and ask us while 2 of them are working on and rest 2 were hiding. Nobody was at the counter. Stylist was very annoying! Stylist kept on saying Your hair has no volume, I can’t cut this way. Extremely Rude and kept choppping hair until I lost all the length. Very bad experience don’t know the name of the stylist but the the one with the shorted white and black hair. Mentioning this way because she humiliated me a lot.
