I love my Grocery Outlet. They have really good prices on organic goods. A lot less expensive than your average grocery store.

The store was fine. They opened another line when the lines started getting long.

I faced a serious problem with this branch since I stopped by to shop meat for dinner.an hour later I returned back to the store after my daughter refused to cook the meat that was smelling funky . The supervisor refused to return or refund or substitute the meat providing silly excuses like requesting the receipt & I told them I payed Apple Pay .

Every grocery outlet is different, and this one probably wouldn't be my first pick. I can get better deals at WinCo or trader Joe's than what I saw here. But it was still a nice experience, clean and the employees were friendly.

A great local store. Awesome discount pricing. Lots of unique and one-off items can be found there.

I shop here at least once per week. The store is fine and I sometimes find great deals, but one of the cashiers named Larkin is utterly unpleasant. Never smiles.... huge, slow yawns with her mouth wide open, seeing all of her teeth and the back of her throat.... turns around in the middle of scanning my items and starts chatting with co-workers behind her for a full minute or two as if she forgot she's at work *in the middle of scanning my food.* Very unprofessional and unfriendly. Please give Larkin some extra training on common courtesy or put her somewhere where she doesn't interact with customers.

After 11 years (exception of 1 year) and thousands of dollars spent supporting this business, I was scolded by an employee because I tasted 1 grape. From several feet away, I was scolded and told that the grapes are sold by the pound and I could not sample 1 grape to see if they were decent enough to purchase. I have been disappointed with some of their products in the past and without a receipt, forget about returning bad products. That's why I took my business elsewhere for a year. I bought moldy $7.49 bread, which was prior to expiration date.
I wasn't happy about eating produce unwashed but wiped off the 1 grape and ate it.
I told the cashier to please weigh 1 grape and add it to my bill. He realized how absurd this experience was. The employee is a man who slups around the store with a black cloud over him, very bad energy.
I will, once again, go out of my way and shop at the Bridgeport Grocery Outlet. They have a great store and fabulous customer service.

I'm fortunate enough to have a Grocery Outlet within walking distance, making it *the* local destination for groceries and some household items.
Between special purchases and a steady inventory of staple goods, I can sustain my household with Grocery Outlet.
The store is continuously improving, and I see and appreciate that.

My items were doubled scanned at checkout at this location. I did not realize this till I got home unfortunately I live quite aways away from this location. I called to see if the stores were affiliated the manager said unfortunately no and I would have to come back. Honestly would cost me more in gas than the actual over charge of items. I hope this review encourages the employees or managers to be more aware of what they are doing at the registers. Also I’m a little confused if I can use my app at any location but unaffiliated in any way…….probably won’t be stopping at this location again. This location was stocked well although the ice cream smelled strong of freezer burn and everything in the frozen chicken isle was soft and wet. Not frozen. One single door for both entrance and exit so a bit of a pile up trying to get in and out. Prices are always same not a bad deal but also not super great quality. Employees were helpful just not fit for fast paced work environment.
