HEROES & HOBBIES "Beavertron's Comic Con" is a very special and unique store. It offers a free Comic Con style experience that is much better and cheaper, with super cool and special stuff for sale from the past 50 years. The inventory includes various new and vintage super heroes, monsters, aliens, robot toys, action figures, and comic books of every type. It also has trading cards, CCG Magic the Gathering, Pokemon, scifi fantasy, Star Wars, TREK, Marvel, DC, graphic novels, anime, video games, hot wheels, booster packs and boxes, rare card singles, Disney, Gundam, Transformers, Dragonball Z, Lego, and much more. There is a lot to choose from, with many hard-to-find and vintage items that are almost impossible to find elsewhere. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, a stand-up guy, and very fair. He shows initiative to help customers find things they might like to ensure they get the most out of their visit. The store has unique hours, open late evenings five nights a week, but it is advised to call first for current hours. It is a gem of a collection shop with a lot of 70's, 80's, and 90's nostalgia toys, video games, consoles, and card games.
Absolutely delighted to have stopped by this comic shop, truly a hidden gem in the PNW. Make sure to call ahead to make sure he's there, but he is very friendly and willing to help find whatever you may be looking for. Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in the area!
