They are friendly, quick, and helpful. I rented the car online, the car was ready as soon as I got there, upfront by the front door. And returning the car went smoothly as well. No long lines, in and out quickly, and all I did was hand them the keys and grab my receipt. I highly recommend this location if in need of a rental.

Total complete waste of time. Don’t rent here. I hand them my credit card “oh we don’t take that bank” you need to disclose this prior. You owe me for my time wasted and for ruining my weekend.

This location doesn't have a drop box and opens an hour later on the weekends. This ensure you are unable to have the car for 24 hours. You can pick up at 8am on Friday but can't return until after 9am on Saturday. They will not inform you of this charge. When I asked if I could pick it up early they said it wouldn't get a problem but didn't inform me of the charge. It's shady, and bad practice. They should be telling you that you have a half hour window for your return but they don't. Go to any other care rental in the area and you will not have this issue. I would have kept the car longer but because of the withholding of pricing I did not. Herz will tell me to contact them, and then they won't respond or connect you to a chat. They will not help, its all face value, don't waste your time you'll end up more frustrated. Just do yourself a favor and try any other location. It's not even about the money, it's about the shady practice.

This experience sucked. Overcharged and not properly informed of charges. And tried to charge me for something that doesn't have the right vehicle information.

Very disappointed in the blatant deceptive practices this branch of hertz is partaking in. I called to extend my rental and was told hertz has struck policy against renting a vehicle past two months. So I returned the vehicle and the representative that assisted me stated the hertz doesn’t have a policy and that the price rate for the vehicle I had has changed and now in fact doubled and they wanted the vehicle back. When I asked to rerent another vehicle same model for the price I was paying since the reason I was returning the vehicle was now under false pretenses I was told I could rent the vehicle but now only at the going rate which was 6x the price I was paying. This is not only lying to your customer but deceptive. Absolutely ridiculous!

Terrible service for people in need. Refused to help me on the phone, then continued to be unhelpful after I made a fully paid online booking. Avoid if at all possible.

If I could give a zero, I will. The Herz customer service is trash. I had super bad experience. The branch is Beaverton, Tigard ,OR. Her name is Kendal very unprofessional and never want to help customers. I lost $100 as she messed up my rental.
