Layal was very accommodating to our schedule traveling from Madras dealing with unexpected traffic conditions. Very thorough in clarifying our needs and expectations. Answers to our questions were concise with additional info. Making it easy to narrow down our decision to not further our other vehicle interest at another another location. Closing was comprehensive and clear. Overall future staff demeanor was top notch. Herzog Meier will be a top choice for future purchases

His attention to detail, patience and willingness to provide different options was first class. After explaining our needs and financial situation he layed out multiple possibilities In complete detail and never tried to up sale or push anything that would put us in an uncomfortable situation. We had an amazing experience purchasing a car here. Our sales representative was Renze Cadua and he was friendly, attentive, considerate of our budget concerns and worked with us to find the perfect fit. I really appreciated how from the first time walking in he provided all the information we might want and need, didn’t rush our decision making and also didn’t push us into something that wouldn’t fit our needs. 5 years later and this dealership has always done right by me.
I was surprised when Renze proactively reached out to address lowering my APR, and pleased with the coordination efforts to dovetail that conversation during a scheduled Maintenance check with the service department.
