H&R Block is not helpful whatsoever. I do not recommend coming in person, IF you file with H&R Block you’d be better doing it online. Regardless their fees are insane. I go in person because I am someone who needs help with my taxes, but they do not explain anything to you and they do not acknowledge you. I was waiting at the front desk for 15 mins because the lady working there was on a phone call, she did not acknowledge me at all until she hung up. The representatives are the exact same. They clearly do not want to help. I ask a question about my taxes from last year and the lady at the front desk laughs… I think because she was confused with my question but so am I! That’s why I come in for help! And then says she’ll go talk to the representative to see what they say. Felt very unappreciated and this is not how a business should run. When I talked to the representative all she said was fees fees fees. 50-80 dollar fees, for simple inquiries. Pointless coming in yet I had waited so long and was met with unprofessionalism and bad costumer service.

They waisted my time were very unprofessional and I told them upfront that I had already filed several times, was already aware of my return being possibly applied for debt owed and under the impression that my return was rejected three times. They led me on a goose chase told me everything I already know said that I used up two hours of their time and took 54 dollars from me when they should have apologized and given me the entire fee of 204 dollars back they had the audacity to just give me one hundred fifty back after being very rude and unreliable and hard to get a hold of on the phone or the office that I filed at on Murray and Hall. I highly do not recommend these folks to anyone. Do it yourself and save the stress and negativity for something worthy. Wow. Unless they give me that 54 dollars back I won't be filing with them ever again.

You guys are having people pay for services and provide no real help or answers. Managers have been requested, and no one has reached out as said they would. I would not recommend H&R block. You will also pay more than they originally stated, so be prepared for that. I really hope someone there sees this and actually does something. So frustrating.

Always friendly and efficient. I get my taxes back on time and I'm in and out fast. I always paid for extra services it's spendy but I know our info is safe.

Miscalculated my taxes. Told me I owed. Collected a fee on the “owed” amount and pushed me out the door. Frauds.

It’s an appointment only basis, I book my appointment online. Arrive at my schedule time. I’m extremely busy and it’s frustrating to have to pay high prices for taxes and not have your time taken seriously. I had to wait for over 20 mins after my scheduled appointment to see someone and felt like they had to rush my appointment time. This is beyond unacceptable for a company to require such high prices for a service and not be professional and be on time.

I came to HR Block to Have taxes done right. Uday M. was great very helpful smart and did a great job. My only issue is the app is not very good. I choose the drop off option so the app needed to work and it didn't I ended up having to come into the office.

Go see Susan or Joy! These two individuals helped me get through a confusing situation and didn't blow my issue off like others at close by locations. Everyone in this building was way nicer and helpful than any other time I went into H and R block.
