Don't file your taxes here, there tax people don't know what there doing. I've been filling my taxes through h&r block for years, this is the first time I went to this office. I gave them a routing number for my Wells Fargo account , my federal return went into this account. But somehow my state return went to a completely different routing number to some bank account that I don't even have access to, I don't even know where this routing number came from. Now I try to contact these people and there like there's nothing I could do about.

Made an appointment to see a "tax professional" that apparently didn't show up to work. Instead of letting people know a reasonable amount of time ahead, I got a call 30 minutes before my appointment saying they had to cancel my 3pm appontment because they only had one staff member to help people and couldn't keep up. Fine, no big deal. But they open at 9, why not call me at 9 to tell me? They may have a decent service, but if they can't keep to their appointments, there is no point in going in.

Jenna G. was very professional and took extra time to talk through all of our personal tax questions for this year but also gave us advice on some future tax needs. She made sure she completely answered our questions before moving to the next topic. The only reason for a 4/5 is that another location that I stopped by had hours posted online and then had changed their hours with only a small sign on the door. The Hyland Hills branch gets 5/5 for helping, the location on Nimbus I would give 3/5 for their hours.

I purchased a home in 2022 and did a ton of repairs, so I scheduled a in person appointment to discuss everything and hopefully learn a few things as a new home owner.when I arrived, they immediately started to rush me in to gathering all documents, scanning and emailing it to them. i told the receptionist and tax person I wanted to sit down and have a conversation about my taxes prior to handing anything over. The tax “pro” stated he was not qualified to do the kind of taxes I was asking for. really??? you don’t understand how to do a new homeowners taxes??? extremely disappointing . you will never have me as a customer. stay far far away from this company for your taxes. IDIOTS!
