I have never tried to do my laundry past 9:00, 9:30p.m. is this laundry truly open 24 hours?

Good laundromat, everything is clean. Some of the dryers are in disrepair and a few of the card readers do not work, but if you bring coins that is not a problem at all. Plenty of nearby stores to break cash if needed.
