Great little Surban hike. Set in the middle of an upper middle-class neighborhood; you find yourself in a beautiful quiet forest, manicure for safe pet friendly hike.

Nice little neighborhood park with trees, mosses, mushrooms, wildflowers, ducks, woodpeckers and songbirds. Today the trilliums were all over the park in huge bunches.

A good walk. Plenty of shade and greenery, not terribly steep. It was pretty cold on the day my friend and I walked, so not crowded. I went with my granddaughters one day and they had a blast climbing on things. Bicycles occasionally.
Playground: Primitive areas to climb on, not conventional swing sets; still fun.
Dog-friendliness: Plenty of sniffable areas.
