Been trying to get ahold of Intoxalock and can never get ahold of anyone. Funny how when you submit a request to get one installed they are always available until you get it installed. I then wrote a bad review about them and someone contacted me about the review and offered credits for the stress and asked if I could change my review and told me anytime I need anything to contact him and everytime I call it goes straight to voicemail. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone it's been the worst experience from the customer service, getting the device installed and calibrated, the recommendation for insurance. Can't believe this company is still in business with the horrible service they provide

When I started looking for quotes for the device the company was very good at contacting me and as soon as the installation was scheduled I could no longer get ahold of the agents. From the beginning the agents gave me nothing but false information about cost of installation to how much payments were and when payments were do. The agent told me I had to be at the place of installment when dropping the car off and when I arrived the place told me that I didn't have to be there so I had taken time off work for nothing also the place they set up the appointment at was extremely rude. I received an email saying they needed a pic of me using the device after the lady gave me the information I needed she told me I had a balance that needed to be paid when the agent I talked to told me I wouldn't have a payment until 2 weeks after installation and I got the device installed 4 days ago. The only good thing this company has done good for me was giving me a $100 mail in rebate for the installation fee after I complained because the agent told me a one time fee of $150 for installation and then installation turned into $238. Other than that it has been nothing but stressful dealing with this company and can't wait till my time is up and I can get the device removed. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone

their website requires a validation of your drivers license, but when it doesn't work, they ask for a copy of your drivers license. Once they have it, they send you to another dept to get it validated. Who tells you they can't do the validations and sends you back to the compliance group. This goes round and round with no one helping you. Why do companies do this? Where is the customer service? You both are departments within the same company - why don't you two talk and save the customer from having to do the work and get frustrated when you get the run around. Been dealing with this for over a week. Terrible service Would not recommend them, go somewhere else to help you.

Shop and owner was great, device sucks though. Beeps really quiet, can't hear it with my music so keep messing up and needing retests everytime
