The WORST SERVICE EVER!!! THEY WILL NOT GET A SUPERVISOR AND THERE DEVICE THEY KNOW WILL DRAIN YOUR BATTERY THEN TELL YOU IT'S $110 FOR AN EXPECTION TO TELL YOU THE DEVICE WORKS FINE. PUTS YOU IN LOCKOUT WHEN IT LOCKS YOUR CAR WHILE RUNNING. THEY REFUSE TO GET SUPERVISOR!!!!!! THE WORT COMPANY EVER BESIDES SAFELOCK DO NOT NOT GO WITH THEM EITHER!!!!!!🤬

Very poor attention to detail. The hand grip, that I use to get in, was not attached. they left the screws out. Windshield glass was not cleaned and GPS device for the IID fell off the next day.

Did not disclose all costs until after it was installed. Very hard to impossible to operate especially for someone with Asthma. Directions are confusing. No instructions given causing a lot of stress.

Unfortunately I had a phone call with intoxalock a man named Aaron, actually laughed at me when my interlock was broken and said to me that they have a lot of new users that have trouble figuring out the machine. He refused to transfer my call to someone else. In the end the machine needed to be replaced and it wasn't me or "user error" I felt very disrespected and that I was being taken advantage of paying for a service where I was to be treated like that.

The sales rep blatantly lied that there wouldn’t be a shipping fee. He also didn’t disclose any of other fees nor the early termination fee.

Fast and easy installation. They let me leave my car there overnight (since I work graveyard and dropped it off in the morning). The installer was able to answer all my questions about operating the device and what to do when different functions are triggered. Great bunch of guys who made an awkward and uncomfortable conversation seem normal.
