After years of using Iron Mountain, nothing but issues with their shredding service this year. The driver keeps claiming he came to our door and we refused entry. We have a pile of shredding, we would love for him to come to our door. One time he falsely claimed to have given us service and that we refused to sign. No resolution from customer service, they just make excuses and reschedule. Reschedule for us to AGAIN be stood up. Worst service and customer service. Go elsewhere!

I had top notch service from my initial phone call with Nick, to scheduling with Kani, to day of arrangements with Ed and then Chris' efficient and thorough hands on service. I had a very large project that required pick up at a Public Storage unit. Initially I thought I would have 120 boxes but my final count came to 228 boxes and Iron Mountain came through regardless of the change in number of boxes to pick up. I would definitely use them again. Beverly
