I recently visited Jiffy Lube for the first time after seeing what looked like a great offer — 50% off an oil change. After clicking through, I realized it was actually $26 off a full synthetic oil change, but that still seemed like a good deal, so I decided to give them a try.
The service itself was quick, which I appreciated. However, it didn’t feel particularly welcoming. Upon departure, I asked if they could please check my tire pressure and the headlights, taillights etc. I also inquired about getting my windshield cleaned and they acted like I was inconveniencing them. These are standard services their website listed as part of the oil change service. I was told that the windshield wasn’t typically included, no big deal on that one. But the tire pressure and lights are usually checked first.
Later that day, when it started to rain, I noticed my windshield washer fluid hadn’t been refilled — even though it was marked as completed on the checklist they gave me. So while the paperwork looked thorough, not everything listed seemed to have been done.
In the end, I paid $119 with the $26 discount, and unfortunately, I didn’t feel the value or customer service matched the price. I’ll be returning to Valvoline, where I’ve had consistently better experiences.

By far besides experience I've had at Jiffy Lube. Staff was quick, helpful, friendly and the service was exceptional! This will be my new location to change oil going forward! Thank you for everything!

Aaron leads a strong, fast and hard working crew with excellent service and a smile. They were up front about cost, time, and provided an excellent space for a curious customer.
I''d definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a full service brake job done. Shout-out to Tyler and Nathaniel for all their hard work.
I'll definitely be coming back for the front axle!

The experience was excellent. They went over everything before they did anything. Very happy with the oil change and tire rotation. I will go back there again.

Got oiled changed here, and they left something loose on the bottom of the car - when I got up to highway speeds the next day it started banging around loudly. Luckily I wasn't that far down the road from them so was able to pull in and have them fix it, but still very hesitant to return to this location

Was recommended this location by someone I really trust. As I’m not the most “engine savvy” person there’s always a lot of anxiety attached with doing something as simple as an oil change. I brought in my 2019 Jeep Cherokee and the team blew me away. They handled themselves with complete professionalism and pride. Customer service is a hard thing to find in this industry. Yes, I’d know because I’m apart of the auto industry myself. But these guys killed it. Didn’t get the

I went to jiffy lube for several things. I needed an oil change for my high mileage car, check condition of my tires, a vacuum of my front floorboards, and see what i need to do in 3 to 6 months.
I was quoted $60 for oil change after $20 coupon. When it was all done: the price went to $75 dollars after quote, before shop supplies charges, and they refused to honor their original spoken quote. They couldn't vacuum as their vacuum cleaner was broken. The tires need to be rotated, but they couldn't do it as someone broke their sockets so come back tomorrow. And I needed an engine flush for $160 dollars including quote.
By the time they were done with the oil change I was done with them. Last time I go to that jiffy lube as they were also making fun of my car condition. They thought they were quiet, but I have good hearing and I know what I heard.

This is by far the best Jiffy lube that I have ever been to (I’ve been to a handful of other locations over the years. The team that worked on my car was very professional, trustworthy and efficient. My car was serviced quickly and they didn’t try to overcharge me or charge me for services that I didn’t need. Aaron (the GM) was especially nice. Thank you all who serviced my car today.

So this is the first time visiting this particular location and I have to say, it want the usual Jiffy Lube experience.
When I got there, I waited this someone to point me to an open as it seems the team was working on something under the hood of another vehicle. Once directed to a bay, we find out that my name was wing in the system and another person was called it to fix it. I believe he was the manager but didn't swear to it.
From that point if was strictly an oil change. No checking filters or tire pressure. No vacuuming the floor mats, etc. You know, the "signature" pay off the signature service. The oil was drained in meer minutes and the tech up to went downstairs below the bays to get the new synthetic oil, though there was a pump or two right up top to distribute the synthetic oil. Kind of made me wonder, so I hope it was clean oil because unlike every other Jiffy Lube, no one showed me my full and clean dip stick.
All-in-all, I thought the service was terrible and I won't be going back to that location in the future.

Waited 2 hours for an air filer replacement I didn't need. Do not recommend. There are plenty of other Jiffy Lubes. Don't go here.

Worst experience of my life. They put the wrong oil filter in the wrong oil in terrible service. Terrible. Took me 2 weeks to get my money back.

Aaron C, Nickolas B, Andres S, all three worked on my vehicle, all three did amazing work and very quick and super friendly also was able to help me with loan application and made my wait relaxing and stress free :) I will keep coming back and refer others to that location as well! Thanks guys!
