Took my car to Les Schwab [family has been going to for 40 years] because of a leak in the front/left tire. They told me they couldn't find anything, that it was likely the cause of pressure, and that I should think about buying a new tire [all-wheel drive vehicle, which means a set of 4 tires]. On the recommendation of my neighbor, I brought my car in to have the tire checked. $31 and 45 minutes later, they found a small hole/leak and repaired it. Best service ever, and they found what the 'experts' at Les Schwab couldn't. Plan to be a returning customer in the future.

I was traveling from Michigan to Oregon for my son's wedding in Hood River. After the wedding I was the victim of a hit & run and had THOUSANDS of miles to go. Brandon Hildebrand helped me stop crying, let me plug-in my cooler for my insulin and made small talk to calm me down.
I was so far away from home and alone. He had my car looked at and I received even better news.
My car was not only "driveable" but the damage was cosmetic.
I can't recall the name of the tech who looked at it but I was so grateful that I gave him a big mommy hug!
They were all so calm and honest. They could have taken advantage of a female traveling alone but they made my day BETTER! Not just because my car was okay but because they cared enough to treat me and my feelings.
If you need any service to your car, these guys are not only HONEST but they are nice people?

As someone who has no idea how car stuff works, it’s always really daunting going into new auto body shops by myself and not knowing whether or not I am going to be taken advantage of. There was a nail in my tire and it caused a hole in my tire, this has never happened to me so I had no idea how the process worked. Brandon, Noel (hoping I got this name right, apologies if not) and their team were all very kind, patient and they provided amazing and fast service. Thank you for doing what you do and doing it with honesty and integrity! I will be recommending this business to friends and family and also coming back to get any personal work done that I may need. 100% recommend! Thank you so much for taking the time to explain everything to me and being kind. :)

Long time customer. Last time I was in was told we’re too busy and try back later for oil change. Half the bays were empty and 4 techs were standing around. Tech said they were waiting for customers to show up.
I Said never again.
Thought I’d try again for tires and brakes. Stupid me. You replaced rear brakes including calipers coming up on 3 years ago and now the calipers are bad again. You replaced twice. Pads are metal on metal on the insides. The big Fat guy at the counter had a bad attitude when I suggested that Jim Bacon should address the premature failure. Told me after 2 years zero warranty. SERIOUSLY????? Brake calipers should last for years. I told the big fat guy with the bad attitude that I’ll just go elsewhere. His reply: “Have fun!”
And I thought I was going to buy tires from Jim Bacon again as well.
You can laugh at a long time customer all you want, and I can hit you in the wallet by taking my business elsewhere. In addition, when recommendations for tires and brakes come up on FB and ND, I say run from Jim Bacons. I’ll have the last laugh! Thanks for insulting a loyal and long time customer. Good Job Jim Bacon’s!
Oh and next review is with Yelp. Laugh all you want.

Excellent customer service! I was astounded that I was able to get my car in and out same day with repair. Job well done not to mention affordable. They have a customer for life!

Jesse was very helpful. This was my 3rd tire shop I tried (will be my first next time) for a flat repair and they were the only ones who could even get me in, in less than 3 hours.

I bring my car because a flat tire and they just put air and did not fix the tire.. when I try to use my car has the light at the screen again that the tire need air..? waisting time
