Called on a Thursday, appointment Friday and they replaced both front CV axles same day. Great cost, service and who doesn't love the smell of tires they have! Very happy

Had 2 tires installed here and service was quick and folks were very honest and transparent!Made sure I understood what was being installed and showed the excessive wear on old tires.Highly recommend them for any one looking for a reliable honest shop.

We will only use Jim Bacons Tire Pros for all our automotive needs. We had a BMW that we had taken in for an oil change several years ago at a BMW center. We were told that we needed all kinds of very expensive things done mechanically to the car. The car only had 30K miles on it so we took it to Jim Bacons for a second opinion. We found out nothing was wrong with the car. Since then we have taken all our cars in and we only trust Jim Bacons Tire Pros for all our cars needs. They are Honest, Thorough and Trustworthy. Plus you get the absolute best Customer Service! We absolutely love Jenny.

Jim Bacon's has been my go to place for fourteen years.Quick, no-fuss service.I am very specific about the brand I like and if they don't have it in stock, they order it for me. I love that they are not pushy trying to sell me "other" services. They do let me know of other things that need my attention and that's is it. The car is ready on time, right when they said it would be ready.Now that I think about it, I am due for new tires... ;)

Great guys. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They worked with me to get back on the road when my engine threw a rod and have again and again proven every penny with them is well spent. I would definitely recommend them and I have!

I called last Thursday, talking to Brandon, about trading in my wheels and tires from my 2010 Toyota Corolla S on a set of USED continental tires he had. Brandon said the used tires were valued at $400 (despite a new set of NEW generics tires for $300 elsewhere). Brandon said they would trade me straight across for my wheels and tires, for mounting/balancing/install of his USED set, with possibly cash on their end for my wheels (as they were factory OEM wheels and tires from the dealership with approximately 4 months of use, still at 10/32nds, brand new.I even wiped the wheels with a microfiber cloth before the appointment, Monday by 9am- where Brandon told me a man named Diego would assist me and have knowledge of our deal.When I arrived this morning at 9am (as agreed), Diego had no knowledge of the previous deal that Brandon and I had struck. He went into the shop and came out with another LatinX guy, and after speaking in Spanish for approximately 3 mins while looking at the stock wheels and tires, he tried to sell his used set to me for $600!!! THAT IS A RIP OFF FOR USED TIRES WHEN NEW ONES COST LESS.When I explained that Brandon valued their exact USED tires at $400, and said he would mount/balance/and install them straight across if I traded the OEM wheels and tires w/tpms sensors- Diego refused- but then offered me $150. When I accepted his offer, just to get the deal completed+$150 from them, Diego then refused his own deal, and said he was going to charge me $350 for the job!Diego is a racist scammer!The Caucasian male, Brandon and I had an agreement, and he even had the tires set aside for me for the appointment. But the 2 LatinX guys, tried to rip me off and scam me for hundreds of dollars.They should be in jail.Where are the Bacon's?...the owners should see how their employees treat customers. Unless they already know and simply don't respect the paying customers...? Either way, they're being reported, and hopefully will be investigated by the BBB and/or DA for this behavior.I will call the Better Business Beauru (BBB) and report this FRAUDULENT AND SCAM BEHAVIOR TO RIP OFF THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS.I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH JIM BACONS TIRE PROS SHOP EVER AGAIN, AND WILL EVEN SPEND MORE ELSEWHERE TO ENSURE THAT.I do not appreciate or respect a company that makes an arrangement and agreement, just to attempt to RIP ME OFF at the agreed upon appointment for install.WORST FRAUDULENT TIRE COMPANY IN BEAVERTON- bc of Diego, and Brandon (Ryan or Bryan?).

EXCELLENT AND HONEST! I had been given a $5600 repair estimate from the Subaru dealership in Wilsonville on my daughters Subaru. I did not think it was honest. So I went looking for a second opinion that was honest. Brandon drove the car, inspected the car and came back saying there was nothing wrong with the car! And I had been told the entire front end needed to be rebuilt! And they were so kind as to not even charge me.I would recommend this business for people. They are honest people here! And that is refreshing in the times we live.Service: Auto maintenance

Jim Bacon never fails to help me out when life throws a wrench or a nail or screw into my day. Thank you for always getting me back on the road even when I didn't have an appointment. Their customer service is amazing which is unheard of these days. I'd recommended them to anyone.

I went in to do a brake job. Everything was fine at that point. I went to chik fil a and I was called when the brakes were done. (I had no idea when they closed and was not told) well while I was praying for some people at chik fil a the store had closed. I am living out of my car and all my belongings and car charger was in the car so I was without essentials and was in a hassle and barely had enough money to get a hotel and eat for the night. I had to go across town and ride the bus as an inconvenience and was understandably upset. I ride the bus the next morning to the shop and one of the workers walks up and I approach him to tell him about my bad experience and he immediately gets hostile with me so I reciprocate the energy and we get Into a heated exchange and because of the heated exchange they are now saying that I am banned from the premises. Horrible customer service. Only positive thing was that they took off the money I had to spend on a hotel from the bill but I wouldhave rather not had the hassle to begin with. I hope they start telling people when they need to be at the shop. They dont know what people have to do the next day or if they have something to do that night and not having their vehicle really puts them in a bind. Get your business practices and consideration for other people up to par. God bless in *********************** MIGHTY name I forgive and let this go but people need to know and I will tell it. You're not getting away with giving a customer a s***** experience and then ban them from coming back to your business. I was gonna spare this review mind you all until they told me I could not come back there. God speed.

I do not normally write reviews, ever, however, this is a great place to ALWAYS go to, for all your automotive needs. In December 2022 I started having major issues with one of my tires, called them up, as I was driving, at almost 5pm on a Friday. They got me in, right away and Jenny got me a super good quote. Got everything fixed the next day.Have been going to them for the last, almost 5 years now, and the staff has been exceptional, especially Brandon. I have a 20-year-plus Pontiac that will keep running like one half that age due to the excellent repairs and fair tire purchase at Jim Bacon's Tire Pros and Auto Service this year. Work on various elements of my problematic cooling system put it back in great shape, and the staff's willingness to pick up and deliver my car was another valued piece of service. This is a well-managed shop with a knowledgeable staff I'll trust again.

We called three mechanic shops in the area and hands down, Jim Bacon's customer service and speed to help us with the ca was too notch!!Brandon helped us locate a parts to repair our Cadillac and had it repaired in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place.

WARNING TO WOMEN: I rarely submit reviews for companies online, but I felt a need to warn people, especially women, about Jim Bacon Tire & Auto. I recently took my car in for a tire inspection in preparation for a long road trip. I’ve purchased tires from here before, and had a fairly good experience, not this time however. After my ‘inspection’, I was told that my brake pads were worn down and that it’s URGENT to get my front brake pads replaced. The service manager refused to look me in the eye while telling me everything that was wrong and urgent, and feeling somewhat pressured and my gut instinct telling me that something didn’t feel right, I took my vehicle elsewhere to get a second opinion the same day. Accurate Auto - just down the street, gave me a full personalized inspection report that included photos in which front brake pads were not urgent as Jim Bacon made it seem to be. See here ladies, new brake pads for my SUV is 11 mm thick, 2 mm is the lowest before brake pads absolutely need to be replaced. Mine was at 6 to 7 mm which is about 50%. Jim Bacon has absolutely lost my trust, and therefore my business.Services: Tires
