Great customer service. Called Alyanna Wood on Monday about an issue and she got back to me the next day. I explained the issue and she contacted the manufacturer and took care of everything. Great personality.

Alyanna was very helpful and went above and beyond in helping us find the parts to fix the diverter on our discontinued Delta shower system. She made several calls as we identified the correct model and we received the repair kit by mail quickly. Great customer service!
