My husband and I went to this location yesterday to find an outfit for an event we’re going to. We ended up leaving without trying anything on because of the way the employees were acting. They were following us around as if we were going to steal something and making us feel very uncomfortable. I also heard the male supervisor calling the younger female employees “sweetie” a lot and it felt inappropriate. Needless to say we will not be coming back.

I am always sweating in their fitting rooms and store. Either their AC doesn't work, or they increase the temperature to lower the cost. I had the Kohl's card, and now I am closing it because I am never coming back to this store. Also, the shoe section here is a waste of time for men. I went three times a month for shoes, and they never had size 9.
The jeans I liked in the store had stains on them 🤮
Yes, it is true like many people here have said that cashier will force you to buy kohls card.

I buy all my cosmetics at Sephora in Kohls. The employees were great but the Sephora area is way too hot. The temperature difference from the register area to the front of Sephora to the rest of the kohl's store is very noticeable. I felt like throwing up it was so hot, especially as shoppers were moving through there and checking out. I cant imagine working in those conditions. Additionally, I spend a lot of money on Sephora products (today I spent almost $250). If cosmetics sit in high temperatures they will expire faster. Which means the products sitting in that heat are not the quality I pay for from Sephora. This is unacceptable. Kohls needs to fix the temperature situation at this store.

Amazon returns are easy, but I found some of my returns take much longer to get to the appropriate warehouse. Employees work for Kohl's and don't have enough staff. Packages seem to get misplaced, unlike whole foods, where you know it's always a great experience!

I was not disappointed shopping at Kohl’s. They carry such a wide range of sizes even I was able to buy something. My lady friend loved the glassware and cushions. Prices were low yet I still scored a discount at the checkout.

When the Beaverton Kohls first opened years ago, early 2000s, I shopped there a lot, weekly. Over time, online sales took over, places like Amazon. Kohls was dying. Today, I tried it again. OMG, what a difference. Sales staff were extremely helpful finding items I was comparing to Amazon. Kohls beat their prices. Plus, my longtime forgotten Kohls Credit Card was still in their system. That got me another discount. Yep, Kohls has my sales for clothing and shoes from now on.

Kohl's always has sales and discounts especially for card members and they discount can be accessed by their phone app. Very handy.
