My Grandma and I had an awesome experience here. Chay was amazingly helpful and made the experience as straightforward as possible. She answered all of my grandma’s questions and we ended up with a great deal. My grandma was a bit overwhelmed at the idea of buying a new car and Chay was so awesome in making her feel comfortable throughout the process which I greatly appreciated.

Warren at Kuni
I had an excellent experience working with Warren, the used car buyer at Kuni Auto Center. He took the time to carefully assess my 2022 Volkswagen Atlas and gave me a fair, transparent offer. Warren was professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward throughout the entire process with no pressure, no games, just honest communication and respect for my time.
Even though I ultimately decided not to sell my vehicle right now, I left feeling confident that I’d been treated with integrity. If and when I decide to move forward with selling, I’ll absolutely be returning to Warren at Kuni BMW. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a fair and professional car-selling experience!

Came in knowing what we wanted and bought exactly what we came for. Fair price, no haggling or hard sales tactics. Can't say the same about the Nissan dealership next door. Refreshing experience that took only a few hours. Huge family friendly lobby with coffee, tea and water refreshments.

Gave me a really great offer on my trade in! In my experience with car dealers I was suspect of them lowballing me when I got there but not the case! Warren gave me what they offered online and honored it! Got me a nice car at a great price! Max and Chalen were great to work with and handled things seamlessly. I felt no pressure whatsoever and they were professional and respectful! Good experience overall!

Terrible service- Warren, and their buyer's department reached out to me to buy my car from me with a market estimate that made sense. Once I came in it was a complete bait and switch on the pricing with excuses. Terrible business practices and I'll be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. I would recommend any other dealership in Beaverton but Kuni

This isn’t a review of the Mechanics rather the poor customer service at the front desk. She didn’t seem very thrilled to be at work or to work with customers. Very very disengaged overall - no greeting and absolutely no enthusiasm or friendliness.

I love cars but hate the buying and selling process, I looked at my cars value on KBB and just for the heck of it, hit the “get a cash offer” tab, several dealers sent offers and I chose to drive over to Kuni. Great experience, I was actually offered $300 more than the online offer, no “bait and switch”, didn’t pick my car apart, No trade in, no purchase. Extremely fair offer, near trade in value (According to KBB). Warren Chen was a pleasure to work with, in and out in an hour! $2,000 more than the Carmax offer as well. A+

I came to Kuni Autocenter hoping for a quick, fair sale and priced my car below Kelly Blue Book. Instead, their appraiser tried to haggle even further down from that already modest figure. He kept listing off pointless “flaws”, like screws that had been removed and replaced, as if that justified slashing the value of my vehicle. It felt more like an attempt to overwhelm or devalue rather than be truly transparent. The whole experience came off as shady and condescending. I walked away and sold the car privately for a much better price. I don’t recommend doing business with them.
Edit: After I posted this review this morning, they have called me multiple times throughout the day after 3 months of no communication. Seeing as I didn’t give my contact info on this post, they looked me up in their system and found my number that way. Their response below this is inaccurate as they offered me less than the KBB, then I left and sold it for 3x as much. Just sell privately and don’t go through them. Again, highly recommend staying away from this business. Now we know they will spam call you if you write a bad review. Avoid.
