Do not waste your time. This was a terrible experience. They said they had a car available for us to look at, we communicated all morning and afternoon, even twenty minutes before we arrived. We drove a long distance just for them to say “it must have sold”. Bait and switch will be your experience here. Save your time, energy and money.

Sleazy sales tactics. Dealer is way too small to be the least bit competitive in the market. They can’t even come within 5 percent of their competitors. Why would anyone pay thousands more when you can get a better deal at any other BMW dealer. They were thousands more than every other location in the west coast!
They are such a mess their quality assurance survey doesn’t even work. Tried filling it out but as soon as I gave negative feedback it broke so I wrote this.

Beautiful showroom. They did fix my car. But communication is a step down compared when this dealership was Kuni. Hopefully, my experience was just the dealership having challenging couple of days.

Purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership; had to wait a little while for finance as with every dealership but there's a couple of restaurants very close by you can eat at while you wait!.. great experience overall and would recommend.

BMW service department of Tigard was very accommodating with loaner vehicles, and the entire process from dropping off my vehicle to pick up was quick and easy with minimal wait time. The service staff was helpful, professional, and kind. I’ve owned many different makes and models over the years, and BMW’s service department has truly been one of my best experiences.

Wonderful dealership, streamlined purchase and Sergey is very knowledgeable on the vehicles. It’s my first BMW and a BMW Genius was not available, so he walked me through all the features and tech which I appreciated. We came in from out of town and they made it an easy purchase so we could get back on the road with our new X6.
