Unfortunately the white receptionist is racist because I notice she did not thank me like the other non black patrons even though I was more polite than them when I left. They erased my last review instead of try to improve. While everyone else acted professionally, the receptionist chose to act racist.

90 minutes waiting for a blood draw when waiting room was barely populated. It's hard to come to such a dysfunctional operation like this when a provider's in-house lab services are so much more efficient and competent.
Avoid this place if you have a job to return to, unless you plan for your entire morning to be seated in their waiting room wondering if anyone is even working.

I went for a blood draw today and found the staff to be professional and friendly. I normally have painful and frustrating experiences with nearly everyone who attempts a blood draw, but Michael found the vein, drew blood, no pain and outta there.

Took my daughter to this location for blood drawn and everything was going very smooth .I checked in trough a link.Over the phone when this appointment was scheduled I was told that no paperwork was needed to be seen.I was told differently at the desk when they requested proof of insurance (I explained what I was told over the phone when I scheduled the appointment and the person helping us handed me a form to sign just in case).We waited about 10 minutes.The person helping my daughter quickly got to work and missed during her first attempt.During the second attempt I had to stop her because she was wiggling the needle too much compared to other times that I have seen in the past.She wanted to try a third time and I strongly refused so she left the room without any sorry or apologies.She sent someone else and this second person completely understood the situation and didn’t even try to get the blood sample.Maybe it’s a good location for adults but because of our own experience I believe that this location is not for young patients

My doctor was able to order a specimen and I was seen shortly after I arrived, gave the specimen and walked out. Very quick and easy and simple, and the woman at the desk was very nice.

Had doubts heading in because on online reviews, but the staff was courteous and professional, I had almost no wait and was on my way in about 15 minutes. Very pleased with this experience today! Wish every pre-employment drug test was this easy!

Took my 2.5 year old to draw blood at this location. Waited less then 5 mins. The phlebotomist advises me she could not guarantee she could complete the procedure based on his age, mostly because little ones can be tricky. Everything went perfect ! Entire thing start to finish took less then 5 minutes. My son didn't flinch or feel a thing, he didn't even shed a tear. Best experience, I'm glad we picked this location.

I arrived on a Friday at this clinic at 4:55 PM and the place was closed despite being open until 5 PM daily. The following Monday I called the clinic to complain about this issue. When the lady answered, I asked to speak to the Supervisor and was told she wasn't available. I then asked for the Manager (Stephanie Jensen is her name, Jill is the supervisor). The lady basically told me she wasn't comfortable giving me that information. I called around to some of the other Legacy Clinics and got the names and contact information. I called this lab back, again to give her a chance to provide the information instead of deflecting for her bosses, she told me she didn't feel comfortable giving me that information. Frustrated, I called the lady a not nice word for a female body part, I was kicked from the Legacy System, Doctor and Lab because I wanted to complain about this clinic and their terrible staff. If the other reviews are ALSO to be believed, this is an ongoing problem and needs to be addressed, maybe by a lawsuit, looking for lawyer now and complaining to all who have influence over them. Go somewhere else, not here if you value your time and sanity.

Went in yesterday to take a drug screen. I gave my specimen sample the lady immediately smelled my pee twice then put it in a different container to shake it several times and then said she cant test this sample and I would have to wait up to 3 hours to try and pee again. I obviously didnt have time so I called my employer and told her my situation. To say the least she was in shock that they smelled my pee and shook it to see if it was foam. They are allowing me to retake the drug screen so I am going back in today. When I got home last night I did a lot of research including calling my doctor to find out if this is ethical and legal. Safe to say her nose and judgment is not scientific at all and is against company policy. So I'm heading back in today to take another test. If this happens again I will ask and get information from the lady and will be seeing my lawyer. I'm sure she has pretty good reason she smelled my pee and not anyone else in my office who drug screened here from my office.

Worst drug screening lab I've ever been to. Terrible customer service. Three people getting paid to sit at the front and check people in although it's a self sign in on a computer. Literally sitting around gossiping about good restaurants to eat at. Said they weren't aloud to give me water while I sat and waited for 20 minutes. The three other drug labs I've been to have all allowed me to drink water before. This place sucks and these front desk people are paid to do literally do nothing.
