I would strongly consider not going to this specific shop. Took my vintage vehicle in for brake replacement- they broke the neutral safety switch, claimed they aligned it over broken shocks, broke the axle seals when installing and when I departed, found transmission fluid leaking from the areas they had pried in to try and fix an axle/arm. The manager Zac Knight, assured they would handle all costs of repair of the inoperable vehicle they returned to me, but denied the conversations taking place up to the point of the dealer fixing his errors, and invoicing him. This shop has a manager with low integrity, that took advantage of me, and my lack of knowledge of cars as a woman, and is currently being sent a legal notice of pending lawsuit exceeding 8k in damages. Do NOT use this shop. Les would be turning over in his grave and isn’t the motto “Do The Right thing?” ?! So disappointing

Jeremy went WAY beyond expectations to help me deal with tires and suspension repairs. There’s not a single bad thing I could say and too many positives to list. Les Schwab has proved themselves the best of the best once again.

I was getting hosed at supposedly a discount place... What a scam... Les Schwab in Beaverton on Canyon, is just all around great... They found an issue I didn't know I had and they gave me options before they started the work... This how you do business.

LS fixed my flat for free! ...and current tires weren't purchased through LS - still rolling factory from Honda. Was only asked to come see them when it's time for new tires. The gentlemen who helped me, possibly Service Manager was super nice and helpful. I will make sure to visit the Canyon Rd store when it's time for new tires. Thank you to LS, it was fun.

Tires are over priced for non name brand tires, plus their warranty sucks! If you run your tire flat for less than a mile (I don’t have a spare and my car didn’t come with one, I was a half mile away) they won’t warranty out your tires. After spending thousands of dollars over the last 2 decades at Les Schwab I will never be buying tires here again

They've always been friendly to me and I appreciate the free tire rotation even though I bought the tires almost 2 years ago. (I don't drive a whole lot)

I had my breaks and rotors done a few months ago at a les schwab. I was driving home from work and my tires started making a loud squealing noise. I stopped at this location 30 minutes before they closed, and they looked at my vehicle right away. No one was upset that I was there right before close. They found a rock in my brake and took care of it at no charge. Very kind staff! Thank you!! Im very greatful!

I came in today with a flat tire and a flat spare. I hope I have the correct Les Schwab since I’m from out of town. Zak was going to fix my spare for free but I decided to do a tire instead and he took care of me quickly and helped make a stressful morning a little easier. Thanks
