Low Cost Interlock has the WORST customer service response time and they do not care. You will be told a supervisor will call you back but they never do. You will wait on hold for over an hour to speak with someone if you’re lucky. The technician who installed my device was rude and condescending and treated me very poorly. Karma comes around. Enjoy your dose that’s coming.

This company has the worst customer service. They take your money every month but if you need to talk to someone you'll be on hold for hours, then when you get to talk to someone, they're of no help. Stay away from this company. I suggest this because I made the mistake of using then without doing my research.
