If I could give this place 0 stars then I absolutely would! I wanted to purchase an iPhone 15 and was given a price 100$ more then the price it stated online. I was also asked to give a 100$ deposit over the phone which I later found out was agents your policy so whoever I talked to who worked there was just trying to steal 100$ off of me and or just get my card information for there personal vandeta. NOT ONLY THAT but when I mentioned that I knew someone who used to work there and knew over the phone deposits were not allowed they told me I was lying and wanted to know my friend name. When I disclosed there name they told me THEY WOULD NOT SELL ME ANYTHING BECAUSE I WAS FRIENDS WITH THAT PERSON. After I told them they couldn’t do that just because I know someone They then said “we have beef with him and have the right to refuse service to you and him”I later went to another metro pcs who told me to write my feedback of my experience because all the things that took place even appalled them.

Wante to port my daughters number from AT&T and was told by the rep that the owner of the store must sell $100 dollars of accessories to get the iPhone 11 for free. When asking if this was legal he told me that most customer have been accepting the offer. So keep a look on your receipt call the business bureau because what they are doing is illegal. The phone is free but you must buy $100 dollars worth of accessories that’s absolutely wrong.

Worst customer service in the world. 745 on Saturday night the employee (Latino male) called customer service and hung up because my husband didn't bring his ID and he threatened to call the police because I confronted him. Not good service at all. So disappointed. Left with a broken phone and nothing resolved.

On Sunday I was at a different metro pcs location they didn't know how to switch my phone line to a new phone I came here patty helped me and did what I wanted quick very good costumer service thank you.

I am pleased to announce to my fellow neighbors that the Cedar Hills location has top notch customer service:) I will always go out of my way to visit this location, even though we live much closer to another location. Service here is organized and efficient. A+

I've been having troubles with my phone for a long time. Everything I go to this Metro by T-Mobile store everyone is helpful and very pleasant. It makes the problems easier to deal with.

Don't go to this one they are rude won't even look at u unless u r Mexican very slow very slow can't even say hi or be with u in a few moments sat for over 30 mins and still said nothing to me don't waste yr time coming to this one

Cashier was very helpful and nice. I came in to change the service of my old phone to a new one and had alot of questions. The cashier answered them all and cleared all the confusion. Metro has never let me down on the customer service hand of things.

Skye is an absolute joy and I was so grateful to have her be my T-mobile rep during my visit. I dropped my iPhone 11 in water and watched it die slowly in front of my eyes. I was so sad about my mistake and brought it in to this location. Skye helped me for about 2 hours to get a new phone and transfer all of my information from my old one onto my new one. The entire time, Skye was very positive, joyful and made me laugh out loud despite how sad I was about the situation. We both watched as my old phone progressively got worse and worse and she helped me transfer everything just as the old one completely died. While mine was loading, I saw her being helpful to everyone else, both employees and customers, around the store. She had the best attitude! She is great and I enjoyed my visit! Thank you Skye!
