I purchased a new phone from Michael & Steve & their customer service was terrific! They were both so helpful in picking the right phone & updating my plan which will be a huge savings. I highly recommend this Metro location.

They add on $10 insurance even if you don't want it & they bundle accessories even if your not asking for them, definitely doesn’t seem like the customer has much choice, either you pay what they say or no service I went to many different stores same thing Prices went from lowest $140-$220 for one “FREE” Phone. Hmmmmm….. not so free I guess.

I had a horrible experience at a previous location. Came here and explained my situation and issues trying to apply my ACP to my plan and switching carriers and it didn’t work out the few times I attempted to do this. Steve was helping me through the process and cut me a good deal with my WIFI so I could take time to call acp to figure out the problem. Came back and still couldn’t apply the acp to my account but in the mean time I switched my phone number to metro with Michael this time and he was very patient and understanding with me as well. We agreed I would come back and hopefully get a iPhone this time and hoped after a few calls acp would work and man it definitely was a journey but unfortunately it didn’t work the next time I came in but since every time I came in they took the time to help and find solutions and reassured me they would love doing business with me I bought the IPhone with the deal they gave me. I agreed to come in today to see if there was another way with ACP while Steve was there and he somehow worked his magic and got my application to go through! Even though this was a commute for me, it was worth it EVERY TIME. I work in a bank and am a single parent, I have done a total of 13 yrs of customer service and always treat my own customers like family. This is exactly what these 2 gentleman did. They went above and beyond to help me out, understood my situation and were so friendly and supportive. Steve and Michael, thank you both so much for all of you’re patience with my situation and greats deals you offered me and my daughter. She is also very happy because she got a phone out it! You guys are great individuals and as a team! I definitely will be coming back to them whenever I need any help. And the best part is these guys can also speak Spanish :) I respect all the hard work they do and how they help the Latino community as well!

Leslie helped us out. She is a boss lady! Even though we did not get a fee waived. She helped to communicate with a person on the customer service line (Jim? He was terrible and was no help) he even lied and made us want to drop Metro altogether. Leslie was very straight up and knew what she was doing and didn't let the other person push her around. Props to Leslie! Thank you, my grandma really appreciated you.

My mother has been given a terminal diagnosis. That initiated family to fly in from all over the world. My sister needed a plan for just two weeks, Steve and Leslie went above and beyond to get me a plan that would not just fit our cellular needs, but with the best price possible. Can’t recommend them enough. Compassionate, excellent customer service, and outstanding care!

I will never visit this location and neither should you. I don't write reviews like this often, but I feel I need to. The larger woman with long black hair and black blazer is an absolute Karen. The way she treats people at the pizza place next door over $7 or a pizza, in front of a lobby full of other customers, should never have happened. She berated the person behind the counter and switched languages just so she could say more. She talked over the employee even when the employee was trying to make Best of the situation. This will make me push people away from this metro location, and puts truth to the other reviews people have left. She tauted "I've been in this type of industry for a long time" but couldn't treat people with respect. When asked for what she wanted she kept switching between getting her money back and "well are you going to make my pizza?" She was told she could talk to the manager the next day but that wasn't good enough. Sounds like she got a resolution from someone earlier in the day and never went back to get it corrected. Then when she did that person had left.I worked pizza for 13 years, and thus type of activity would be considered scamming. She shouldn't be dealing with the public and judging from previous reviews of this location this is how she works in store as well. T-Mobile customer service reps could teach her a thing or two.

Went in to get a new tablet because I dropped mine. Got a really nice samsung tablet that is hooked up like a phone I can use anywhere. This was a huge upgrade for 75$ and they set me up for a 30$ discount because I'm a senior citizen. They really helped me in a few ways. Happy camper I am.

The people at this store have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EVER EXPERIENCED. If I could rate below a one star it would be a -10. The website says 8:30 however their door is locked at 6:45. Then one guy came to the door and unlocked it looked at me and said EXTREMELY RUDE "We are closed!!!!" At that point I told him they needed to change the Google search info at that point he said once again RUDELY," YEP, OK", THEN OF A THINGS SLAMMED THE DOOE AND LOCKES IT AND WALKED AWAY AND THE WHOLE TIME GICING ME A DIRTY LOOK. Completely unprofessional and ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY TIME I GO TO THIS LOCATION. THIS TIME WAS BY FAR THE WORST!!!!! NEEDS EITHER NEW STAFF OR TO SHUT DOWN RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brian is a great representative of Metro. He has a great amount of knowledge in Metro pcs the company as well as the products they offer. The service is partnered with T-mobile which continues to have horrible service yet Metro seems to have a wide range of coverage. Brian will go out of his way to assist and offer the best customer service possible. I enjoy the experience.
