I've had work done at this Midas twice now and both times the staff was friendly, helpful, and fast. Their prices are fair, and they’re honest about everything they do.
The first time I got an oil change, my oil light came on the next day. I called, brought it back in, and they topped it off for free—no hassle, no charge. This last time, they did another oil change, replaced my front right tire, and even helped reattach a trim panel on my car without making it a big deal.
They take care of things quickly and make it easy. Definitely recommend them.

I got my vehicle serviced here and by far the best service I’ve gotten in the area, very knowledgeable, very friendly and didn’t try and upsell me on stuff I don’t need. They were honest about when I should get my other services done with a reasonable quote!

I had a fantastic experience at Midas, thanks to James, the general manager. I brought my car in for an oil change, new tires, alignment, and rotor replacement, and the whole process was smooth and efficient.
James and his team was incredibly friendly and professional from the moment I walked in. He took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary services. Instead, he recommended exactly what my car.The pricing was fair and transparent, and the quality of work was excellent.If you’re looking for honest, knowledgeable, and customer-focused service, I highly recommend James and his team at Midas.

Just left the shop and for the first time in a decade I'm legitimately floored. I don't think I've had a worse experience with an auto mechanic before.
I came in specifically for struts, pads, and front lower ball joints. They told me the brakes were fine and didn't bother with them, I think that's great as it will probably cost less.
What I got was a $3200 bill for 4 strut assemblies and two control arms. Not only was that not what I asked for, but since I have lowering springs and they only kept them on in the back, my car is quite lifted up front and low in the back. They don't even own coil compressors to swap just the springs out, they rather do it the easy way and just do the whole assnlh and charge you for the whole assembly.
To make matters worse, they called me to tell me it's almost done just for me to sit in the parking lot for two more hours. When it came off the lift, they didn't even align the wheels which is standard with any suspension work. So now I have a leaning unaligned car I still paid double too much for.
I guess when you need something done right you gotta do it yourself. I definitely won't be returning and couldn't ever recommend.
Update: The owner reached out and they were able to fix the issue and did it without a charge. So for that I will definitely update my rating. The car drives nice and straight now and it's nice and level. No complaints.
Update #2: reduced back to two stars as now my right rear suspension is already loose and banging all over the place. My mind is kinda blown at how faulty this installation was for something so routine, especially on a FWD Toyota.

I scheduled an appointment for a brake fluid change and called in the morning to reschedule it to 3 pm. I arrived 20 minutes early to ensure I wouldn't miss my slot, but ended up waiting nearly 3 hours for my turn. Apparently, they were still working on cars dropped off earlier. It would have been helpful if they had told me in the morning about their backlog, rather than making me wait unnecessarily. This experience makes me question the value of scheduling appointments.

This place did right by me! I brought in my car for an oil leak to have them check their work on my oil change. They did everything they could after figuring out it wasn't something loose to get it fixed fast and as cheap as possible for me.
