Sorry to say, it's a dump.
We watched it being cleaned but it still reeks. The bedcover was dirty and raggedy, but worst of all the AC did not work, and it was 100 degrees when we checked in. We checked out again immediately and looks like we're going to have a fight on our hands to get our refund. Stay away, FAR away.

Worst motel 6 ever. No hot water, tv didn’t work. Big dogs running freely in in the parking lot. Water dripping from ceiling onto your head if you sit on the toilet. The clerk rented my room to someone else and he tried to get in. Clerk accused me of not paying and wanted to come in at 1:15 am. Then came back to apologize and still wanted in. Freaky Friday. Upon leaving at dawn the cleaning lady yelled at me for complaining about the smell in the room. Even the sheets reeked of cigarettes and whatever. Nasty.

Typically these motels are good for people that have pets because they don't charge a pet fee. However, this location has a desk clerk that lives onsite and wants to play like she owns the place. NOWHERE on the website or in the policies posted does it say that you must take your dogs to a certain spot when you take them outside to relieve themselves, yet this lady yelled and screamed at both me and my wife to take the dogs 100 yards up in front to let them out. The pavement on a hot day is 3 to 4 times the outside temperature and will burn and damage our dogs paws. I asked her what her title was and she said desk clerk. Then I explained that she was in the hospitality business and screaming at customers was not being hospitable at all. On the day we left she said she was sorry but then took $60.00 of our deposit because she said she saw our dogs poop on the lot. I have seen more than one complaint of people not getting all of their deposit back from this location. We have stayed in suites in Vegas and other pet friendly places where they charge 30 buck per pet per night, but never have I had my deposit charged back. This lady does not belong in the people business and must have a sad life to treat people like she does. I normally don't get personal with a review but this lady offended me, my wife and our dogs.

No WiFi access for 2/4 days of my stay. Staff didn’t care. I had to pay $40 to upgrade my data plan because of this. I talked to 2 staff members and they didn’t care. I requested compensation from staff and the property manager and was denied because it’s a free amenity.
Free WiFi is listed as an amenity on this hotel’s website. The amenities help people determine where to stay. Therefore it should be accessible and if it’s not compensation should be given.
I filed a formal complaint with customer care by phone but they deflect to the property manager. I have attached a photo of the email I received from the property manager, and the follow-up email from customer care.
If the property manager isn’t doing their job, corporate should be stepping in. But they just deflect to the property manager.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this property altogether. Nothing but a hassle and complete disregard for how a hotel should be run and how guests should be treated.
This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will never stay at a Motel 6 again.
STAY AWAY!!!

I booked a 2 queen bed room for three people. Upon checking, I am not aware that front desk charged me extra for the 3rd person. No communication or printed out receipts for the fee at check-in or check-out.
When I call for the fee inquiry, someone at the front desk was rude to talk to. She claimed that I already knew about the charge while I had no clue.
This is my first and also last time at Motel 6.

They took 15$ off my deposit for damages to towels. Said I stained them. When I asked for the proof the GM said there is no proof.
I had dog prints on my sheets from the people before me. Meaning the sheets were not washed.
I will never stay at this motel again. The service was very poor. Do not go here. They will scam you.

My husband and I travel all across the US and typically book Motel 6 as they are dog friendly. By going budget friendly, we don't expect much and as long as we have a clean and functioning room, we're happy.
This room was everything but clean or functioning. To start, the moment we walked into the room it had a foul odor. The room was hot and stale so we turned on the air conditioner and all it would do is blow the fan. The freezer did not work and the fridge wasn't very cold so we brought our cooler in. I went to clean up a small puddle of water from a dropped ice cube on the floor and the paper towel was BLACK from the filthy floor which clearly had not been swept or mopped in who knows how long.
That night my husband went to plug in his medical C-Pap device only to find out that there were no working outlets in close enough proximity to the bed to reach so he was forced to go without it.
After a restless night in an 80 degree room, we could not wait to get out of there. The bathroom was so bad that we couldn't even take showers so we literally loaded up as fast as we could and got out. Upon checking out I requested the manager, something I've never done in all of our journeys across this country. But this room was in such poor condition that it should never have been allowed to be booked in the first place. The clerk was helpful and even gave me the corporate number along with her GM's business card. I called corporate and shared our experience and was told I'd receive a call back from either them or the GM. I called 3 days later and was told the same thing. I've yet to receive a response which leads me to believe that Motel 6 isn't actually interested in improving their customer service experience or resolving the issue so I am sharing this experience to caution the next traveler.

I loved Sharron/Sahnnon sorry bad with names but she was the best! I needed something and she was on it! The location is awesome, there is so much good stuff to eat around there it was a breath of fresh air! The rooms were clean and you can tell they’re about to paint, I have faith this will be a great place to stay!

This Motel 6 is very dirty and bad customer service, checked out early because it didn't feel safe. Go up the street to Townhouse Suites Marriott for $30-40 more the amenities are top notch there plus complimentary breakfast, pool, gym, clean and so much comfort.

Motel 6 Beaverton is a fairly good, cheap hotel. The single King room is LARGE with no more furniture than the single Queen rooms, and they only charged me about $3/night extra to upgrade. The beds are fairly hard and a little lumpy. The pillows are small, flat, and fairly hard. The towels are small and quite rough. Bring your own if you can. Only the morning shift can get you clean washcloths or fresh sheets. If it's chilly or really hot, make sure you get an HVAC remote from the front office if you don't see one in the room.
Every time I walk into my room there is a stale odor, but just opening the window clears it quickly. I have to lift the bathroom door to close it, too, or it hits the doorframe and doesn't close. I'll be back because it's cheap and right near everything I need to get to when I visit my mother.
A train horn wails as it goes by every morning at about 4:30 AM less than a block away. Everyone I've met here has been reserved but they loosen up and are pleasant when I smile and wish them well. Someone with a loud exhaust likes to gun it from the transit center to the TV Hwy off and on during the day, but I've only heard it once after dark.
