I showed up for a rock chip repair and they fixed it within minutes. Very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend MS Glass and have used them for replacement of windshields, rock chip repairs for windshield, residential home window replacement, shower door glass replacement and custom coffee table glass. Each time they have been easy and affordable never had a problem with the service. Have used them more than dozen times over the years and would go nowhere else for glass service.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at MS Glass Outlet! From the moment I called, they were accommodating and accepted me immediately as a walk-in. On my very first visit, the service in-charge (Mike) welcomed me and took the time to explain exactly what they were going to fix and how they would improve the condition of my vehicle.
The office staffs are wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and fun to talk to. You really feel taken care of here; they make sure you are comfortable and never feel ignored.
The pricing was very competitive and reasonable. They offered their best deal upfront, so I didn't even need to worry about bargaining.
While I hope I don't have vehicle damage in the future, if I do, I will definitely come back here. A huge thank you to Marlena, Sue, and Mike for handling the entire process so perfectly. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! ❤️

Had my passenger side window broken in a smash and grab yesterday. On my way home I stopped to get a quote to see if it would be cheaper than filing an insurance claim. The cost was only $78 more than filing a claim; and MS Glass said they could order the glass and install it the next morning. I left the truck overnight and his morning they called at 8:42am and told me my truck was ready. They even vacuumed up the glass. I have used MS Glass a few times and will continue to use them in the future.
