Even though they are not the closest auto parts store to me, they are my go to auto parts store. Their great attitude and professional demeanor means a lot to me. They also seem to stock most of what I need.

This would have been a 1 Star review, as I was quoted a price & drove out of my way to be rudely given a part that was 2X what I was quoted. I sat around looking at other stores to call & a lady could see I was distraught & asked if she could do anything to help. Within 30 seconds she found the exact part at the exact price I was quoted & was extremely kind & helpful. Thank you SO much Dianna. You are an absolute angel, kind & radiate excellent customer service.

NAPA either has my parts or can get them by the next day. I have tried the other local auto parts places. They mostly don't have what I'm looking for or have a blank stare on their faces.
