I have nothing but excellent things to say about NW Auto Fix. I called late in the afternoon as someone from out of town traveling through with an urgent auto repair need leaving my vehicle disabled. I reached out and received amazing communication, fast service and quality work. My vehicle was repaired ahead of schedule and I was even provided with additional travel advice that was much appreciated. Highly recommend!

I had a frustrating experience at this place. Like many others have mentioned, they don’t keep appointments and often fail to follow up. If they can’t demonstrate basic professionalism, I can’t trust them to handle my car repairs ethically. I’m relieved I chose not to fix my car here.

We have used NW Autofix on many occasions, and their competence and professionalism is top-notch. The owner Ali is always open and honest regarding repairs and costs. He does an excellent job of documenting repairs he does with photos that sends via text message. We will absolutely continue to use his shop for repairs.

I didn’t have the best experience with NWAuto. I’d asked for a quote on the work that was needed. Only confusing was providing for me. Nobody at the front desk could tell me what was needed. Too bad, I now use another company that seems to have my better interests in mind. They did my next service and completed my needs. I hate to give a bad review, however I think my story should be told.

I've been taking my vehicle to NW AutoFix for quite a while now and they never fail to provide exceptional service. There's a reason I came back! From the moment I walk through the door, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to caring for my needs. They always greet me by name and make me feel like a valued customer.
The mechanics at NW AutoFix are true professionals. They take the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and explain any issues in plain language. I never feel like they are trying to upsell me or do unnecessary work. Their diagnostic skills are top-notch, and they are always able to get to the root of any problem quickly.
Whenever I need service or repairs, and while I do understand that in the auto repair industry, some unforeseen circumstances can arise and set their timing off for that day - NW AutoFix has always got my vehicle in and out in a reasonably timely manner. They provide accurate estimates on both the time and cost of the work, and they always complete the repairs by the promised date. I can always count on them to get me back on the road safely and reliably.
But what sets NW AutoFix apart is their exceptional customer service. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure I have a positive experience. On one visit, I had a warranty repair done for my brakes, and the staff walked me through the reimbursement process thus minimizing my effort.
In summary, I cannot recommend NW AutoFix highly enough. Their combination of expert mechanics, transparent communication, timely service, and unparalleled customer care make them the best auto repair shop I have ever used. I trust them completely with all of my vehicle needs and will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come.

Getting an estimate here is an act of dentistry. Appointments made are not kept; it's as if this shop is too busy to be bothered to work on your car, but would never tell you that. What they excel at is wasting your time and giving the 2024 Customer Service Runaround™️
