The person I waited for to help print my business cards or at the very least navigate through the process, just started clicking on their monitor. So I asked, what are you doing ? And they said I’m fulfilling orders as I was asking about their services and how I can get help with my business cards. I mean couldn’t those wait until I get helped, or at the very least give me 5 minutes of undivided attention so we can figure out a proper avenue to my business needs. That person should not be behind the monitor and should be stacking orders. Lost my business forever. Thanks a lot Office Depot hiring team .

Went here to get my TSA Pre-check finalized. The employee (I believe the store manager) was extremely helpful and kind. I went back later to take some old printer cartridges for recycling, and once again the same employee (and another) were extremely kind and helpful. 10/10 service!

The photo center attendant was rude and unhelpful. Our Christmas card were printed out wrong and she acted like it was my fault. She gave no helpful solutions other than a refund.
We had our pictures scaled to the full size of the card but they printed it with an ugly 1 inch white boarder. She asked if we had given them the image at the store and when I said, "No (starting to say 'we filled out the order online'.)" She replied annoyed, "No, of course not. You did it yourself." I asked how long it would take to get them reprinted to which she said "It would take 10 days and you'll miss Christmas". Then I thought that she might be trying to figure out a solution for me as she was going back and forth between two computers. But after a few minutes said "There, you've been refunded to your card." So I sadly just said okay and left. It really sucked. I won't be relying on them for prints anytime soon... It was a picture of us announcing that we were pregnant and having a baby soon. Now I have to figure something else out. I don't trust going through the process again because if it shows it one way online then prints it another, what's the point...

We went to the Office Depot in Beaverton 11/14/24 to get an art project printed. Melody is the employee that helped us. She was very efficient and gave EXCELLENT customer service! She never made us feel rushed as we were trying to get the color matched to the original and then trying to decide which type of paper to print the project on. She had very good advice for us and answered all the questions we had about a future project, which we will certainly have done at this store. Of course we will make sure she is there next time also :)

The cut for reams of paper in a certain size that I needed and they did fantastic job.
Perfectly in the dispenser that I have.

So my wife went to Office Depot to make a copy.
She did not have a card she had cash so we went to the copy center and asked for help.
They told her she would have to wait in the regular line to pay to which my wife said that would be fine.
When she went to print the page there was a mistake and she printed the wrong page.
She went back to the copy center and asked for help and the woman there said I can’t help you. My company doesn’t want me helping that’s why we have those big self service signs.
There is nothing I can do.
Avoid Office Depot if you want good service. That ship has sailed a long time ago and this only confirmed it.
Shouldn’t matter how you pay or what machine you use. If you’re telling your associates not to help people than you have failed as a company

The staff is polite, nice and helpful and they helped me saved some money with an in store coupon. The store is really clean and has that office smell that I love lol. Everything is well stocked and organized to a tee.
