I've been using this pharmacy to send me my meds for about six months and while it did take some adjusting to allow more time for them to process and ship my prescriptions, I'm very pleased with this pharmacy. If I need to call about a prescription, they're always very helpful.

They are anything but prompt in delivering medications. My daughter’s life literally depends on her anti-seizure medications being delivered on time. I request her refills as soon as I am able per their online portal and they are not shipped for several days, which means we don’t receive them for close to a week. She has now gone 2 days without medication and is now having seizures. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! Shame on you OHSU, get it together!

Over the past 8months to a yr this pharmacy has drastically gone downhill. If you need a specialty pharmacy I d9nt recommend this one. My daughter is frequently without her meds because they cannot fill in a timely manner.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! My 1sr experience at Creekside has been awful. Staff does not care. Sent to wrong address after informing them of my correct one several times and staff did not help me get a replacement. Left on hold for everything I called until I just gave up and left messages. They need to work on there customer service ALOT. Use caution if using them.

I hate to give such a low review especially because I've had good experiences with some of the technicians there but honestly I'm extremely upset with the quality Service provided. Twice I've been misgendered even though my correct name is listed in my chart. I think it might've been by the same technician to be honest. I am in the process of getting my name changed, and when visiting OHSU clinics I haven't had any issues but though I had said my name both times these incidents happened, they called me by the wrong one.
I am especially frustrated because I've been trying to refill my adderall prescription for the past two or three weeks, having been out of it for that entire time only to call and when I ask about the refill, I'm told it's out of stock and to call back a week later. I literally switched to this pharmacy because I was having issues getting my prescriptions filled with another one, only to have similar issues.
I'm not sure what to do but it feels really upsetting to have to call again and again to get a prescription that I need to function properly. I can only imagine what a nightmare it must be for patients who have medications that they need to stay alive. Incredibly disappointed, I expected better from OHSU.
EDIT: last I heard I won’t be getting my meds until somewhere between the 13th—17th of SEPTEMBER. Ridiculous. I haven’t had my medication since late July. I am really frustrated regarding this.

Mail order option is amazing! Great customer service. Easy to use. Very professional. Very affordable. Disability/autistic/trans friendly. Very accessible.

TOO OFTEN Slow to get a Rx filled and mailed out even with an OHSU DOCTOR prescribing! Again and again this happens, despite MyChart tracking, despite prompt authorizations, despite my calls and despite the costs of these meds. The order sits for days at the pharmacy waiting to be shipped out. I’m tired of making phone calls to expedite.
Creekside is gonna do what they do regardless of need. They’re overwhelmed and under staffed.
Can’t wait for the merger with Adventis to make things worse. 😣

Continually amazed at how bad my experiences are at Creekside. They are truly the pinnacle of ineptitude. It takes at least 2 weeks to fill a common prescription and I live 5 miles away. Mostly recently, after more than two weeks, one of my 2 requested refills arrived...with a note that the other one wasn't due for a refill yet. When I called to tell them that it was incorrect and I was indeed due, since I had already gone days without, they realized it was an error on their part. They said it would be in the mail the next day. Well, the next day they called to say that my meds weren't in stock, and it would go out the *next* day. A few days later, I guess it finally went out and now I can expect it tomorrow. Great job, everyone. I'm concerned about OHSU's commitment to "cutting-edge technologies" when they can't even handle the mail. To be fair, the mail's only been around since 1775. I'm sure they'll figure it out in a few more centuries.

Always a great experience, used them for years, always answer the phone, very helpful and professional when I have questions. Never had them mess up a prescription. Shipments always come fast, I just make sure to request them in advance.

Love these folks to pieces!!! Everyone I've dealt with has gone over & above my expectations & I have very high expectations for those in service industry jobs. They will order meds, for me, from specific vendors that my Dr's have specified unlike any other pharmacy. Unless I have an urgent need, I will not use another pharmacy!!!!

Ordinarily I am singing their praises, but today extremely disappointed. I was seen yesterday for an infection and I had the option of my local pharmacy and here. I had to work right after my appt so I opted for here as I assumed (obviously my first mistake) that since they were ordered yesterday, I would have them by today.I called to double check and was told they "only" got it yesterday and SOP is 7-10 business days. Excuse me? Why would any pharmacy wait 7-10 business days to dispense antibiotics??Not happy at all! I had my local call and pull it and it was filled within an hour.You can do better OHSU!!
