I usually don’t leave reviews, but I wanted to share some concerns after several visits and observations. The store itself is great, but there seems to be a staff member who consistently comes across as unwelcoming to other employees. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere when you can see team members being treated in a dismissive or unprofessional way. A more supportive and respectful work environment would really improve the overall experience for both shoppers and staff. Hopefully management can take a closer look at internal interactions to ensure everyone feels respected.

I had such a great experience with Hannah today! She was incredible—friendly, efficient, and quick to help. I was having issues online, and she immediately honored the sale without any hassle. She processed my Old Navy application and rang up my merchandise quickly and smoothly.
Thank you for your patience, kindness, and speedy checkout. Outstanding customer service! My only go to store at the Old Navy Cascade Plaza Beaverton.

Great shopping experience @ this location. It was a last minute trip. Drove by many of times. I need to purchase something specific. i ended walking out with a lot more than expected! The associates were attentive, whether it was entering the store, fitting room to the cash wrap. I was easily able to find what I was looking for .The selection was great too. My purchase ended up being a lot less than I anticipated with a great additional discount on the day I was in. A+
