OMEGA Gymnastics is a highly recommended preschool and gymnastics combination. The gym offers classes for children and adults, with very caring, professional, and fantastic teachers and coaches. The instruction is impressive for both boys and girls. Parents feel comfortable leaving their children, noting there is always enough staff. The gym does an outstanding job at communicating and making parents feel informed and involved. The end of the year awards show, the "omega-lympics," is spectacular, amazing, and a must-see event that runs like a well-oiled machine. The adult class provides a great mix of structured and open gym time with helpful coaching. The environment is fun for everyone.
Adult class here is super fun! The instructors are really friendly and knowledgeable. Great workout and fair price.

Leaving a 5 star review because the responses to kaleena and lucky girl are so funny and they certainly got put into their place after trying to create some negative narrative. Best of luck to their families lol.
